Window's look great. The crew that came to do the install was wonderful. They were professional, curious, and an outstanding crew. When they left, I could not tell anyone was even here, inside and out. I am very happy with their work and I love my new windows.

Use the wrong color caulking on the outside of windows. Would not recommend. Very inexperienced installation staff.

First, we love the windows themselves and all the quality and features. Second, the installation crew were skilled, prompt, and even creative when they had to adjust one window unexpectedly. And the initial sales appointment was just right--plenty of information but not too forceful!

From start to finish everyone was very professional ,nice and timely

Your people are well trained, they work together and accomplish their mission. I am well pleased with the results and most of all, I don’t hear the traffic in front or back of my house.

One problem not related to installation. One window had a defective latch (piece broken). Crew leader prepared a Project Issue Report and this was noted on that report and also reference on the Post Inspection and Project Completion Reports.

We had a large double slide glass door installed. The quality is ok. Customer service is fair. Price is bit too high.

The installation crew was great - they were kind, courteous and respectful of our home. Clean up was exceptional!

There were disappointments related to the glass area of the new windows compared with the original builder’s grade windows and with the wider frames of the new windows our shade brackets were no longer flush with the inside of the windows. There was also disappointment with the gaps around the new windows being wider than anticipated. Apparently, the one who measured did not measure accurately. The installers ensured us that the finished product would be sealed and protected from weather issues. It does appear to be so, so far.
