Great service, 4 men came and did a fantastic job of restoring my windows (they look like new) replaced broken hinges, tarnished handles and replaced mouldy looking silicome, great service from start to finish 10/10

Window warranty lytham, graeme. They came changed my lock on my front door instantly due to a high security risk with me being a vulnerable adult. My worry has lifted of being open to abuse due to someone holding a key i have a safeguarding issue with. This company were prompt, polite, extremely helpful & well mannered and most of all extremely kind / understanding of my situation. I had fitted a high security lock, much better than my old lock with 5 really thick unbreakable keys. I'm extremely impressed & will always use / recommend this company now. The man that came was quick & professional & understanding. I wasn't charged at all. I was expecting to pay, obviously they realised i was at high risk if it was left until i was able to pay. This has made my day today & all my worry that made my health worse has gone. Thank you so much.

Window Warranty made a fabulous job out of our large front two bay windows, front door, landing window and two bedroom windows. In just three days of work (plus one for scaffolding) two lovely lads, Quinton and Phil, worked their socks off to complete all the work beautifully. Our front windows and door had rotted completely as they were the original wooden framed ones. We were always cold... in draughts and especially in one bedroom where the window had been permanently open for over a year... or too hot as the front room windows wouldn’t open at all. Phil and Quinton replaced them all with beautiful upvc windows and door with a surrounding arch that make all the rooms look brighter and smarter. They were friendly, sensitive to our personal home situation, happy and unbelievably hard working! I think I only saw them sit down once for a five minute lunch. We would have no hesitation in recommending Window Warranty to anyone who needs any work doing on their windows or doors. Thank you!

I called this company to come out and give me a quote to replace the glass in my patio doors with laminate glass, and replace a cracked window in my kitchen and replace a window in the bathroom. A guy came out and looked at the Windows that needed replacing and gave a quote of £2500 without measuring up, he then agreed to knock £300 off, he asked for a deposit of £525, said someone would be out to measure up in a few days. But I had to self isolate due to having had contact with a covid positive person, so the guy couldn't measure up. Having to isolate gave me time to seriously think about the company and make a better decision.

My daughter wasn't happy that we'd been pressured into signing a contract and handed over a deposit, she looked at the contract we signed and it gave us 14 days to withdraw.

To cut a long story short, I got another company to come out and give me a quote for the exact same work and their quote was £700. I contacted my bank and had the cheque cancelled and wrote a letter sent by recorded delivery cancelling the contract.

As a pensioner I could not afford to be ripped off for such a large sum. I'm sorry for those who've been deceived and ripped off by this company, looking at the advertisement it seemed to be a reputable company.

Took £2000 deposit for conservatory repairs ,absolute con artists ,never did any work ,fobbed me off when called or Emailed ,fortunately deposit paid by credit card and got a refund from HSBC.Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.Reported to trading standards.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my 80 year old neighbour who took out a county court judgment on their parent company Window Warranty Direct who went bankrupt a few years ago owing my neighbour money for not replacing his conservatory roof. After taking them to court and winning the bailiffs went to St Ann's only to find the unit was empty but after some investigation find that WWD was now Rebranded as Window Warranty and the MD was the son of WWD what a coincidence. This company are now bombarding social media with adds, I made a comment outlining my neighbours plight and within minutes the comment was removed and I was blocked from adding any more. So window warranty are able to get to me to advertise via social media yet I cannot make a truthful comment about them, hence resorting to Trust Pilot. Be honorable and Offer Mr Jones his money back for a conservatory roof you never replaced yet you got paid for

Contract: To replace glass in existing frames.
OK, so after a wobbly start with salesman Patrick, Graem Putman intervened and sorted my contract. It was re-written.
I will say Graem was extremely passionate about the products and service W.W provide and also pulled out all the stops to get the contract in before Christmas (that was a stipulation).
Quinn and Phil the installers, were speedy, no messing and got on with the job. Lovely lads and evidently extremely experienced.
The project was to insulate my house more than it was and I was assured the Supertherm glass units were the best and the difference would be imminence. Well. We could tell the difference that evening, the following morning and thereafter. I have a log fire that I use as a main source of heating and central heating for taking off the initial chill until it kicks in. However I have had to turn down the central heating as the house is so much warmer therefore my objective has been met.
I am very pleased with the outcome, products and service received on the day.

So much praise to Quinn & Phil, true professionals. Love my new back door. My windows look as good as new.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Patrick, the pushy salesman, came round and advised about the work they could do, gave us a price and when we told him it was too much and thankyou very much, he sold us a payment plan that suited us, advising we could pay the balance a few months after the work was completed. This was the only reason we agreed to the work being done. What we didn't realise is he was lying just to get us to sign a contract. Our fault for not fully reading the contract admittedly but doesn't disguise the fact he lied to our faces despite knowing our situation and the fact we couldn't afford the work.
Now the work has been done and they are demanding the payment, hiding behind the signed contract saying we agreed to pay the balance on completion. Patrick is now denying the conversation ever happened agreeing to the delayed payment, and the phone call between him and the office explaining this and taking our deposit was conveniently not recorded, despite every other phone call between us and the office being recorded!

Absolute scam of a company, not faulting the work done however, but they lie through their teeth to get you to sign a contract then basically bully you into paying the balance.

Had new frame and glass fitted this year and I must say excellent service! Extremely helpful and reliable

I would highly recommend Window Warranty NW. I recently had replacement windows fitted by Quinton and Phil, they were very friendly, arrived on time completed the job very neat. I would definitely recommend this company I have used them for many years.
