I just want to say a massive thank you to windscreenmedics for coming out on extremely short notice to fix my passenger screen window that was broken into. They did a phenomenal job and completed it within minutes. Definitely recommend them for all window screen repairs.

Got a new windscreen that was supposed to have a rain sensor. Rain sensor doesn't work Repair was fast but left small cracks in the plastic surrounding the bottom of the windscreen. If you want a cheap fix that gets the job done it's alright but if you want it professionally done I recommend going somewhere else and paying some more money. The service was pretty mediocre as well. I'm giving it 3 stars only because it’s value for money.

I sent an email to about 8 businesses in the area of Dandenong South. Allen from Windscreen Medics was one of the first to respond with the price and availability that they had. I waited for a response from other businesses before I responded as the quotes were hundreds of dollars different. I sent the cheapest quote I received to Allen who then quoted me $20 less, so I booked in. Leo and his technician came out to my workplace the next day and fixed my windscreen within 20 minutes. A brand new windscreen was used and not second hand, and I am very happy with it. The service I was provided by Allen, Leo and the technician was also great.

Very Unprofessional, Unprofessional on the phone, Installed second hand damaged scratched glass, Technicians are not even professional Installers and caused more damage, Don't waste your time and money with this company. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT ARE QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS.
