Worst experience ever at Windsor before my birthday! Staff gave me a hard time using my birthday coupon is so cringe to me. Something I was sent from Windsor to use for my birthday. Associate kept asking for a date when it was sent, she kept touching my phone pressing extremely hard to search for dates. At this point she’s accusing me of lying which I did not appreciate! Like it’s my birthday and you’re making it extremely difficult to use the discount I was sent. That was such a turn off! The vibe in the Windsor Lehigh Valley Mall has changed so much! Wow I’m extremely disappointed!

They keep a business tax ID in London; but they absolutely use third party manufacturing in China. Deceptive fast fashion company. My first order with them is my last. Shein does not misrepresent who they are. Windsor has $60 price tags, instead of $16 like other labels with the same inferior synthetic fabrics. Out of the three items I ordered, three need to be sent back. Awkward cuts, hurried sewing, misrepresented colors, and defects. I don't like wearing plastic, it's terrible for the environment and terrible for your health. Companies like this make their money and like a chameleon, they operate under new names when the former business loses traction. Save your money. Its better to have a quality item that lasts a lifetime, than several that fall apart in weeks, and wreak havoc on all living organisms.
Absolut unterirdisch
Absolut unterirdisch. Im österreichischen Windsor Onlineshop bestellt, Windsor hat den Kaufpreis (über 1.300 €) sofort abgebucht, aber über eine Woche lang das Paket nicht abgeschickt. Keinerlei Reaktion auf Rückfragen per Mail wann das Paket denn komme, der immerhin freundliche telefonische Support „gibt mein Anliegen an Fachabteilung weiter, aber das kann ein paar Tage dauern“. Heute Mittag erhielt ich plötzlich via Paypal den Kaufpreis zurückgebucht, offenbar hat Windsor die gesamte Bestellung ungefragt storniert, obwohl ich die Artikel dringend gebraucht hätte. Am Nachmittag schrieb mir Windsor, dass sie hinsichtlich des Pakets eine Nachforschung einleiten mussten und ich noch einmal bestellen solle. Das ist nachweislich nicht wahr! Der Kundendienst der Post bestätigte mir, dass Windsor das Paket der Post nur angekündigt aber nie an die Post übergeben hat. Ich mag Windsor Mode, werde diese aber künftig nur bei Breuninger oder P&C bestellen. Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit dem Windsor Onlineshop.
Gutschrift erst nach Reminder
Generell kaufe ich gerne Windsor (normalerweise im stationären Handel).
Der von mir gewünschte Artikel war jedoch nur noch online verfügbar.
Verwundert war ich zunächst über die verhältnismäßig lange Lieferzeit.
Richtig entsetzt war ich über den Zeitraum bis zur Gutschrift (6 Tage) ab Eingang der Retoure (wurde sogar bestätigt)
Hier musste ich erneut einen Reminder senden, danach erfolgte die Gutschrift zügig.

Windsor, skandalöser Umgang mit Kunden, Einbehaltung von Kundenzahlungen ohne Gegenleistung
Ich habe am 19.01.2026 eine Bestellung bei Windsor aufgegeben, 2 Kleider zu meinem Geburtstag, ich wollte auf Rechnung bezahlen, das war leider nicht möglich, hilfsweise habe ich Klarna Sofortüberweisung gewählt, das war ein großer Fehler!
Der Betrag wurde von Klarna, 495 € sofort von meinem Konto abgebucht, wie sich jedoch herausstellte gab es bei Windsor aber keine Bestellung unter der Bestellnummer!, Also Klartext, Windsor hat keine Ware geliefert, es gibt keinen Bestellvorgang, weigert sich jedoch, das bei Klarna kundzutun, damit der Betrag durch Klarna ausgekehrt werde kann. Angeblich müssen sie erst forschen, auf meine Kosten!!
Es ist eine unglaubliche Unverschämtheit, hier dürfte man gar keinen Stern vergeben!
Ich habe eine Frist bis 28.01.2026 gesetzt!

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I do not shop this store very often, but purchased a few pieces of jewelry. The receipt did not say that jewelry is final sale nor did the sales associate inform me of this policy upon check out which is misleading and unfair to the customer. Of course, when I went to return the jewelry, she said they were final sale and I could not return it. As others have stated this company has very poor customer service and they have very misleading and unfair policies.

Unprofessional and Accusatory Manager at Oak Park Mall Windsor
On my daughter’s birthday, December 28, 2025, we went to the Windsor store in Oak Park Mall, Overland Park, KS, to return an unworn dress she bought online for a February 2026 event.
The store manager, Christy (who initially refused to give her name and said “Manager” was her first name), immediately accused my daughter of wearing the dress and removing the tag. When my daughter explained that the cashier had checked the dress and the tag was intact, Christy claimed Windsor tags differently, implied my daughter had retagged it incorrectly, and even sniffed the dress without explaining why. Her condescending and hostile tone drew attention from other customers and made my daughter feel humiliated.
Christy eventually accepted the return “this one time,” framing it as a personal favor. She also refused to provide corporate contact information and walked away while I attempted to document it.
My husband, a retired police captain, noted that he has never treated anyone he arrested with such suspicion or disrespect. Friends have shared similar experiences with this manager.
Because of this experience, our family will no longer shop at Windsor or order online. Other customers should be aware of the unprofessional behavior at this location. Photo of Manager "Christy" included.

Do not buy from these, very poor quality clothing. They pretend they are a London based company, when asking for a return they offer 20% discount but I wanted all my money back. Posted item to china in August still no refund. Complete waste of time out of £40 and £12 postage

I ordered a cute black mini dress from Windsor for my birthday and it looks exactly like the photo. The negative reviews scared me, but I’m super happy with my experience. I live in Canada and my dress got to me within 2 weeks! The tracking wasn’t super clear, but it came quickly which is all that matters to me tbh lol. The dress fits true to size and is def worth the amount I payed.

I just bought the Lucia lace corset dress in-store at my local Windsor for $109.90. When I got home, I looked online and found the exact same dress marked down to $25.00. I contacted customer service and was told that this was an online sale price only. This feels pretty deceptive. They refused to price match, and the only way to communicate with customer service is through text messages. The representative showed no care or concern for my issues.
I refuse to shop at this store moving forward. Businesses like this forget that if you upset enough customers, you won’t have revenue or a business. Not to mention, if the retail staff lacks customer service skills, they won’t have a job either. It’s essential to show customers respect—it goes a long way. Moving forward Id rather purchase through SHEIN and other companies!!

Horrible customer service. Condescending employees who have no logical way of explaining their shady business practices except for speaking to you in a fake, overly sweet tone as a way of talking down to their customers with a “sucks for you,” type of attitude.
Return policy is a lie for international - beware
Dress is okay, at least one of them is . . .the second one, they told me the return process and then the company they use said "we don't do import returns."
Called them, they said basically oh well you'll have to return it at your own expense. Despite their website promises. I wouldn't order from here again and we had friends considering it for both winter formal AND grad. It's a NO.

Helpful staff & some gems
I find the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. I have never ordered anything but love shopping in-store. Not everything is very high quality, but if you shop around there are some lovely pieces. Fun party dresses especially!

As per all the other comments ordered 17th September still no delivery after saying 7-10 days I am now fearful after shelling out over £100 whether I will even get the items and if they will be anything like the pictures - can I claim with my credit card company this was a scam as haven’t received items?
Update: so eventually my order turned up nearly 4 weeks later and the quality is disgusting cheap nasty tat, cannot believe they are getting away with this total utter fraudsters and scammers

The dress arrived in extremely cheap, thin fabric. When I contacted customer service to request a return, I was told to ship it back to China—despite their website claiming they are a UK-based, family-run business. Completely misleading and dishonest. I have reported them as fraud.
