The technician and the woman I talked with on the phone were very friendly. The problem with the transfer to fiber optic was on my end. I had a problem connecting the printer to the computer. I’m not very tech savvy. Although I know very little about technology, it took my granddaughter and son-in-law almost an hour to connect it, and they are very tech savvy. Kinetic was very good in getting our phone to show the right time. Alexa keeps cutting out since we got fiber optic. Also we don’t see any difference in speed, but that is not an issue with us

I was upset that my rate was raised by over $20.00dollars so I called and the very nice lady I spoke with was able to get my rate back to we’re it was. That lady should be commended for her care of the customer. I am very satisfied with your service and will continue using it and I will also spread the word on how happy I am with your service. I live in an area where kinetic is the only internet provider. We have the fastest cable plan they have. Lately the speeds are no where near what we are suppose to have. When I call customer service or tech support, they aren’t concerned in the least. Maybe others with fiber are happy but those of us in this area with cable aren’t. White county Gs needs to have more competition!

I cancelled my account on November 7th, 2025. I have a credit of $173.91. Today is February 23rd, 2026. I have called 11 times and talked with 11 different people looking for my refund. I have to speak each time a 3rd party overseas. If these people get off script, they are useless. These people are too busy apologizing. I was on hold 15 minutes before anyone picked up. I again go through all the information. Then she gives me another number to call for refunds. She told me give them my account number and they could take care of the issue. I called the other phone number, gave my account number. I was then told they couldn't find any records of my account. Then ask my address, mobile number, my name again. Still no record. I was told I needed a reference number starting with 0401 to be able to find me. Now I called back and was put on hold waiting for another representative. I am going to keep trying. Do not do business with this company they are horrible and u can NEVER talk with someone in the USA. The other thing these 3rd party overseas people speak such broken English you can't understand them.

I wanted to give a five star review. The techs that set the appointment, showed up when promised, completed a great install, and got our WiFi up and working in short order - all deserve five stars.
However, when I attempted to use the phone to make an outbound call, it tells me I must dial a 1 for local (High Springs) and EAS (Extended Area Service) calls to Alachua and Gainesville. Poor planning, testing, and implementing the telephone service. Rating of a 1 or even less. I am aware that we must dial 10 digits (NPA-NXX-XXXX, but we nave never had to dial a 1 in front of the number.
