Great price, quick delivery!

Being on a set income, I loved the selection of reasonably priced Halloween items. I chose backdrops, table skirts and ghost girls for my annual Halloween party. It was easy to order and the merchandise came fast.

Easy to order online(friendly) and products were available….shipping was Awesome within one day of delivery -thanks so much and will let you know when we “blow up” the band inflatables and the LED 30” beach ball!! So excited to use them all this weekend at our parties (July 30th and July 31st) Note: What a super fun and Awesome party hit!!! So many friends and family had a super blast and the videos prove this LOL ...thank GOD we had an inflator/held pump that helped inflate everything in no time Thanks again

The products purchased by me were shipped by a completely different person. I brought it to the Windy City Novelties and theynever returned my money or sent the products. It has been a couple of weeks and nothing from Windy City. Wouldn't recommend them for any reason. Mark Linton

I'm not sure what day it arrived, but it arrived in time for our fireworks show. Product worked as it should. Even glowed for a second night.
