Taman Connaught Service Complaint
Dear Wing Heong team,
First of all, I like your bak kwa but not your services. I would like to make complaint for bad services I experienced at Taman Connaught outlet. I made purchases there twice with the same worker (didn't ask for her name but she was wearing specs). Her attitude is terrible and impolite. I asked her for more details about membership but she just ignored and answered with impatient attitude. Also, when I ask to weight the bak kwa myself just to make sure there's no any inaccuracy, she rolled her eyes at me?!?
Please provide more services training to your worker. Quality of product is important but service is also very important.
Hope to have a pleasant purchase next time at Taman Connaught with friendly staff (not the poker face like I owe her 100mil)

We are sorry that she did not let you to weight the bakkwa itself as that is not allowed. Rest assured that all our weigher has done periodic maintenance to ensure the precision is guaranteed. The taste of BBQ meat was not good as…
The taste of BBQ meat was not good as before, i bought it on 18/12/22 from Kepong branch. The most disappointed was the taste of the BBQ sliced pork was really bad. Not worth for the money I pay, decided to stop buying anymore

BBQ meat review
The delivery experience was good. The item was properly wrapped, and zip locked. The BBQ meat was fresh and juicy and I love the fact that they are individually wrapped with zip-lock bag. I love the taste of the 3 types of BBQ meat but maybe can reduce the sugar slightly. The meat floss was crispy and yummy.
