I bought Wing Heong for the first time…
I bought Wing Heong for the first time for my father to eat. And he loved it.
The ones we got covid wasn't as nice.
So i ordered from Wing Heong three times already from CNY until now.
My mom said that your pork floss wasn't as nice as the ones we get from Village grocer tho - said not as fragrant.
But we'll definitely buy your bak kwa for next CNY again.
* I should have ordered extra bacon bak kwa last order.

Delicious, Fast & Excellent...
Excellent service which seller provided online order and deliver to home.
Also the bacon meat were so fresh and delicious. Paper bag for also provided accordingly, this is very convenient to send to friends as gift.

Hi Veron, thank you for your time for leaving feedback. Apologies for what you had experienced earlier on your purchases with us. We noticed that a few customers have the same situation as yours, and yes we are terribly sorry for that, we are investigating the root cause and working on an improvement plan on this at the moment. For now, I sharing with you some basic knowledge on our BBQ Dried Meat shelf life. For traditional normal packaging can last for 10 days.
It is advisable to consume it within 10 days shelf life, if you feel that you can't finish it within 10 days, we suggest to keep refrigerated to lengthen the shelf life and reheating it when you want to reconsume. Once again, appreciate your effort and time. We wish to serve you again~
