I was so impressed with this company. The web site was easy and my parcels came promptly and well wrapped. Emails from the company thanking me for my order was unexpected but gratefully received.

Ordered a new nearside mirror with folding for my wife's car. Came super quick fitted perfectly and worked straight out of the box. Yep 5 stars to you guys all good thanks.

Easy to use website. Found the part I needed and it arrived quickly with good communication.

I needed a new right wing mirror glass for my 2007 Vauxhall Vectra and browsed the on-line websites. Wingmirrorparts stood out as being well designed and offering exactly what I wanted with clear instructions and a very reasonable price, around £13 with pp. Within a week the mirror glass was sent and arrived safely but was poorly wrapped in cardboard and sellotape although the mirror was bubble wrapped. The instructions were clear and the mirror fitted perfectly with the self adhesive sticking fast. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, don't go to a garage, you can fix it yourself in seconds, great job!

Wing mirror glass fitted well. Seems OK quality but typical Chinese tat. Also ordered a wing mirror indicator unit for a Volvo V60, which does not fit - incorrect mouldings and the electrical connector was incorrect. Very cheap quality. Wouldn’t buy from here again.

Checked.a.lot.of sites.and this one was good value and was easy to fit. I.als9.chose.thismas it said delivery in 2 days unfortunately it was 4 so.was wothout my car for another 2 days but it was still quicker than other sites offered

Ordered a replacement wing mirror glass for my 2024 VW.
The website stated this was the correct model for 2018 onwards.
The item was received a week later and was the wrong shape.
I completed their online contact form explaining this and sent photos of both the model I received and the model on my car.
I received a response 2 days later stating I could return the item at my own expense. This response was from a Customer Service agent from MicksGarage.com, which was strange as I ordered the part from wingmirrorparts.com.
There was no apology nor attempt by their Customer Services to even try and send me the correct part, nor did they help me to find the correct part.
I replied back stating that I had already paid postage to have the item sent to me and the fact that due to their error, I should not have to pay for the return postage to Ireland.
I received no response.
That was until today. The same ‘customer service’ agent Jerzy, contacted me and his exact response was;

This was 1 month 4 days after I had emailed them to explain that I didn’t think it was fair that I had to pay for return postage as they had sent me the wrong item.
I then received a further email today with a screenshot of their website with a new page detailing the wing mirror I required with the date 2021-2025. This item was not on their website when I ordered originally. Instead of trying to resolve this issue and help me, the Customer, they are trying to make out that I am lying/stupid.
I do not recommend this company as their ‘Customer Care’ is dire.
Avoid.

This is the first time I've used this company. Already felt reassured as was recommended by my son. Communication was good. Product arrived on time and in good packaging as was considered a delicate item . Good competitive pricing

Absolutely Dire Company.
Sent wrong mirror, I've contacted them on numerous occasions for over 2 weeks, just an automated reply.
Still no response nor refund.
£20 odd down the drain.
