the UI is easy to understand although there are times that the server can run slow but it's just a terraria game, we dont require lower pings so it did not matter that much

great help from the customer support, had some problems setting up the server at first but within 5 minutes i had some support who helped a hell of alot, server quality is also very good and stable.
would recommend over other hosts

I have been hosting my lightly modded minecraft server for them for over two years, as well as running other modded server packs with them. Thought it was time to finally give them a review!

I recommend this hosting for anyone who wants to be able to easily set up servers, while having full customization of the files. The support has always been helpful when needed as well, but I have rarely been needing them. The price isn't that bad either for what you get. So if you are looking for a server for 5-10 people then I highly recommend giving them a try.

Yet again, absolute 5 star service from the team. They helped my son revert back to a previous, backed up version of his server. They literally saved the day!! My son was distraught when he thought he had lost everything he had created (via a genuine angry human-mob!!!).

I bought an 8gb pack and they were only giving us like 2.27. I couldn't run the modpack I was intending to, so it was useless.

Had some concerns relating to my server, some things i wasn't sure i understood, and had someone reply to my request and explain everything as needed within a short amount of time.
Customer service is fantastic, and the servers they offer are brilliant, I have had no issues (outside my self created one) so far. Fantastic service

I've been a client with WinterNode for 18 months (as of last update), and they have done nothing but impress so far. Long-term reliability is not something that I take for granted, and I am happy they have been able to provide it.
Excellent hardware, support availability, and near-nonexistent downtime or unannounced reboots (something I've unfortunately experienced a lot with other providers).

I am grateful to have heard about WinterNode, and I feel confident recommending it to anyone who asks me about hosting providers.

Excellent support team, maybe reply time can be better but still the support is excellent.
