We cannot recommend this estate agent enough! Simply The Best! Robert and his team are the most efficient and dedicated agents that you will find.We went back to them as we bought a flat from them 10 years ago and could not believe the excellent and personal service that we were given then. We sold our flat that was a Buy to Let last October, after only being on the market for about 2 weeks. Unfortunately, it took 5 and half months for the conveyancing to complete due to our buyer's solicitor being so slow in communication and wanting so many unnecessary documents sent twice from different sources. However, Robert kept everyone involved updated and did not stop chasing the buyer's solicitor by phone/email and was forever in contact with our solicitor to find out how he could help and what was going on, keeping us all connected. We cannot thank him enough for all his continuous hard work, reassurance, advice, constant phone calls and emails, patience, perseverance and for being a listening ear during our frustrations at times. We have another property to sell this year and we will definitely be going back to them for the third time! Don't hesitate to sell or buy through WISDOM ESTATES. You won't go wrong!
