I purchased a pair of refurbished Galaxy buds they worked and I forgot about purchasing them and went on with life. Today I received a call from Wise Market asking me if they were okay and working 4 months after the fact. This is the best example of customer aftercare I've ever seen and they will be getting further business from me because of it

Fantastic after-sales service!
Once again, I am gobsmacked by the after-sales service here. My refurbished/as-new mobile phone was great, everything it promised to be, except it was broken: ie we couldn't get it to work : / No problem. A free return was quickly effected, and when it couldn't be fixed a full refund was just as quickly effected. Wow! Keep up the good work guys ...

I ordered the phone and within days I had it in my hands. Really pleased with the product and quite surprised by the follow up to ensure I was happy with the purchase. That doesn't happen very often. I got a great deal at a reasonable price and I am very happy with the whole experience from ordering right through to competing this review. I'll be back Wise Market.
