Do not use this cleaning company. It is an absolute scam! Me and my partner asked for a bond cleaning. they gave as a quote which we paid in advance and set up a date and time when cleaners will arrive.
Not only they didn't show on time and we were wasting out time, when they did arrive 3 hours after the initial time they asked for 3 time more than the quote they gave us! Which we refused as it was absolutely overpriced. Now we tried calling them and they refuse to refund us money for the service they didn't provide!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We booked 2 cleans with them, the first one they failed to show up and after 3 hours after the start time they then tried to reschedule the day of the clean (which we couldn’t do) apparently I will get a refund which is processed within 24-48 hours, 5 days & we are still waiting.
The second clean they showed up & cleaned the whole house in about 2 hours, as expected the property managers inspection reported noted multiple things that needed re-cleaning. According to the wish website a re-clean will be provided at no cost if you are unsatisfied. At this stage I have been unable to secure a definite answer on if a re-clean will be provided and when this will occur. The cleaner also broke a light fitting and left strange orange marks on the laundry bench, but the only response I have received from the company is ‘the contractor confirmed no damage to the property’. Total scam company, they may be cheaper than others but you definitely don’t get a good service.

Bond cleaners are always tricky to know which company to go with...wouldn't go with this one. Came back after the end of lease clean to find dirty water marks all over the timber flooring, the oven barely clean and they hadn't cleaned the walls, dusted the skirting boards or wiped down the windowsills. All of these items are jobs that they claimed would be done. Didn't pass the exit inspection, claimed they would do a reclean but couldn't get it booked in time. When I contacted them for the fifth or sixth time TWO WEEKS later for a refund (because the real estate had to take money from our bond to rectify the cleaning situation) all the company could do was tell me they would reclean it. Which was not possible because the new tenants had already moved in and our bond money had already been taken. We paid $400 for a service, they failed to provide and we ended up losing even more money because of it. Unhelpful and dishonest.

I’ve never seen any company do such a bad job and show such little disregard for the outcome. They charge hundreds extra and end up doing half the job. Calls end up going to a boiler room, where their number one concern is to make you go away. Pleases , please do not use these people
