Resposta da WizVape
Dear James,
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately, we had a brief stock issue with the Blaize No Ice, and despite personally trying to source it, none of our suppliers had it available at the time.
As a result, a refund was issued to avoid any further delay, but we completely understand how frustrating it must have been.
We are expecting to restock this item next week. Please feel free to place an order again, and we will make sure it is processed promptly, along with some complimentary items as a gesture of goodwill.
Thank you for your understanding, and we truly hope to serve you better next time.
