Amazing quality as always! Got a handful of compliments for the gloves. I liked how helpful and responsive customer service was but my only issue was the waiting period. Instead of the promised 270 day wait, I waited close to 400 days. I wasn't in any rush (mostly just excited), but WJapan should perhaps make adjustments to how they communicate the waiting period. Would've been 5 stars if I received it on time!

Ordered in December of 2021... no updates nothing. been emailing today with no response..
Honestly ill take this review down if they respond and tell me "we misplaced order, and items on the way"

Ordered a pair on November 24, 2021; contacted them several times over a year later about my order and they only ever said they would check on it, now won't respond.
