Ordered Rainy75 from Wobkey on Dec 10, 2025 (order WB21874). The site said it would ship in 5 days, but as of Jan 22, 2026 it still hasn’t been dispatched and I haven’t received any tracking.

Support gave multiple conflicting explanations (first suggesting it was an Amazon/FBA tracking issue, then saying it was out of stock, then that they would send it “mid-to-late January”), but no actual shipment. I am really disappointed and disheartened as I wanted it so much. Very frustrating experience and poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. Just pay a bit more and order their production with resellers, not wobkey.com

I’m speaking from a customer support point of view. Overall, the experience was extremely poor. I placed my order and did not receive any order number, update, or information of any kind. I had to contact customer support myself to ask about the status of my order. They replied that they were experiencing delays due to high demand, so I waited an additional week.

During that extra week, I still did not receive any email, update, or communication from their side. Once again, I contacted customer support. At that point, they informed me that the courier had told them they were unable to ship to the provided address. After that, they refunded my order.

Had I not contacted them, I would not have received any update at all, and my money would have remained with them the entire time.

Wobkey is a very, very, very good company. I ordered the Rainy75, and it is absolutely perfect. The build quality is excellent, and the keyboard feels truly premium.

I did run into an issue with the PCB, but the issue was caused by me, not by the product itself. After contacting Wobkey, explaining the problem, and asking if it was possible to get a replacement PCB, they went above and beyond and sent me an entirely new keyboard instead.

This level of customer support is rare and highly appreciated. Their responses were very fast, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. I am extremely happy with both the product and the support experience.

This will definitely not be my first time ordering from Wobkey. Highly recommended.
