The sandals I ordered are lovely and comfortable and true to the colour online. They arrived from Denmark to the UK within 5 days - great service.

Prima levering van schoenen, echter te klein besteld. Retourneren verliep probleemloos. Kreeg geld snel teruggestort.

I bought them because I though they were cute, but turns out they are so comfortable too!

Impressive shipping times! Shoe runs a little small, originally ordered a 37, but had to size up to a 38. Extremely comfortable! Width is great—not quite a “foot shaped” toe box, but close. Colors are accurate. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Good information, shipping is about a week to Norway. These sneakers is a bit small in sizes so recommend to go up if your unsure. Lovely comfort and lightweight, amazing on your foot. I like the reflective details too.

Product is not as expected

I’ve had Woden shoes before and even though I live in the “land of the sneakers” (USA) I knew I wanted these again. They shipped fast and I had my shoes within a week. I absolutely love them!!! The colors, the fit, the way they feel. Try them!!

Ordered a pair of Woden wellington boots in their winter sale. Sadly they were such a narrow fit on the legs I had to return them. I must also say they took an age to arrive. Over 10days. Not amusing.
I am UK based and the returns policy is not a kind one. I checked with their customer service team if there was any additional support for UK returns to Denmark and the customer service I received was blunt and unhelpful. I have bought many Woden products over the years and love the quality of the trainers. But after this experience I would tell people not to bother ordering via their website. Dreadful customer service experience and an impractical returns policy. Such a shame

This is my third pair of Woden sandals! They are the comfiest ever. I’ve worn them on holidays in Mexico, across California and in Ireland. Would highly recommend.

parcel not received after 10 days (or 6 working days,) have had parcels before from Woden before and they were delivered very promptly

Whoever sits on Customer Service has a wonderful manner. So helpful so friendly making anything possible. A breath of fresh air in this crazy world of commerce

Alldeles för små i storleken. Brukar vara bra med 40 men kändes som att man skulle behöva en 42. Finns ingen gratis retur. Fick betalar 390kr för returen. Vågade inte beställa en annan storlek pga detta. Synd, för att skon är väldigt snygg och i bra kvalitet.
