Since some time it is not possible…
Since some time it is not possible anymore to have the shies delivered at home. Only at a pick-up point in Belgium. That’s unfortunate. I think it is just an error in your program but it is a pity

Uncomfortable, unattractive and overpriced
I bought these shoes because they rate well for comfort. I found the opposite. They are stiff and nonconforming. They aren't very attractive. I'm wondering, then, what's the point?
The first pair I bought was too big so I returned it for a smaller size. The refund took a long time, and I had to pay for return shipping. Most companies don't charge for returns.
Terrible experience in every way.

We're sorry to hear that you find your new sandals unattractive and uncomfortable. The sandals have the natural soft midsole made from dual-density PU, which gives an ultra-soft walking experience. The straps are also adjustable which gives the option of adjusting, if they are too tight.
Unfortunately, we don't have half sizes, but it does sound like you should have kept the bigger size, as it sounds like the sandals are too small for you.

Disgusting company - Never buy shoes from them again
Disgusting company. Did not have integrity to admit their own mistake. Branding is just fake / marketing. I would never buy there shoes again. They are not transparent online that their sizing chart is unique to their company. Their sizing chart published on their website is illogical as it skips a size so you will choose wrong size if you go EU or USA. Worse the company could not even have the decency to admit their sizing is not clear and not transparent online. People cannot return shoes if they buy them online and time has passed, and they have not even worn the shoes.

My order has not arrived yet very dissatisfied
My order has not arrived yet. For some strange reason they didn’t have my address which is impossible as I received an order confirmation showing my full address. I sent them my address again. Not heard anything since. Dissspointed.
