Happy with the franchise. I took this franchise on to supplement by salary, it has gone better than I imagined so much so I took on a 2nd area within 8 weeks of taking my first. You must be prepared to follow their proven system and trainings

I was carrying out sales as a freelancer for few franchisees and I liked the concept, the websites, the support I have and I’ve decided to take up a franchise for myself. This is ideal for someone like me who wants to have an online business, work from home, no need for technical experience and you have a support team to help you and guide you through. And it is at an affordable price for anyone. With all the inflation and price increases they still hold their prices for a franchise the same as 7 years ago. I am very pleased with my website, with the technical support who can help me and is always there if I need help or advice. There are training modules that you can access online and also training sales emails that gives me that aha moment for some marketing tools.
How can anyone call this a scam? a franchise that gives you tools, ready to go website and you have support and training materials and team to guide you through if you need help. And is at a very affordable price with no hidden charges. What I’ve learned is those who complain and are calling this a SCAM are those who are doing nothing, expecting someone else to run their business and hide their laziness and anger for their failings and their only recourse is to leave bad reviews.
You have a great opportunity to run this franchise business at low cost, with no technical experience required. All you need to do is to follow the training material guide to be successful with this franchise.

I took on the franchise as means to generate an additional income.
I looked at many franchises but then settled on WhatsOnIn, with a 7 year track record and 24-7 online and zoom support this ticked all the boxes. With direct access to a dedicated franchise development manager its just case of following the training modules.
I have read few of the crazy spam reviews, from personal experience I ask myself how can a proven 7 year old company can be spam??

I joined the franchise in January 2024 and paid in excess of £5,000 for a Master franchise. Soon after, I noticed that they were only interested in rushing people to pay the franchise fee and monthly maintenance fees. I have been trying to get my money back from them, but they want me to keep paying monthly maintenance fees, even when I'm not generating any income from the venture. As other reviews have noted, they kept enticing me with a so called China deal, a RAC deal and a pizza express deal, but saw none of the money for advertising. I gathered that this was just to keep on reassuring me to stay on.

In conclusion, I think this is a well crafted SCAMMING machinery. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS, UNLESS YOU'RE OK WIKK PARTING AWAY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED FUNDS!!!

I needed something to run online on the side and to be able to use my marketing skills - this franchise suite me very well. Low cost entry and showing great promise in the earning potential.

One has to question the 5 star reviews, too good to be true?
Epic titles, but reviewers only have one or two max reviews.

Since joining in December 2023 I have received so much support. From the early days with training and help with all marketing emails and coaching support I could possibly want to get my business going. You have all needed tools from the start to get your business going. And Yes, you need to put time and effort. Yes, you need to engage with this business to see the results. Yes, it is online and I can work it while on holiday only with my phone. Yes, I have the support I needed even during the weekends. And Yes, my investment was paid off within the first 8 weeks. Highly recommend it.

5 months and going strong. Very pleased with our franchise. Took their flexi package over 3 months and just upgraded to their master franchise. Colin and the tech team are very helpful and we have just hit our milestone income. We have no complaints, after tying out 2 other franchise opportunities and this one is the best by far.

Very pleased I took this franchise. Been burnt on a vending franchise but this is leagues above anything I have been part of, support, training, business potential is awesome.

It's scam, I've lost around £2,000 with them. They promise everything at the beginning, but nothing is real. They're just sending automatic emails and that's all, no real training. They're selling and reselling the same websites after franchisees drop off. I had 5 sales people leaving because businesses are not willing to advertise on those websites anymore. Looks like they’re offering Chinese and pizza express deals to every franchisee, but they’re just bait to keep you going, to keep paying the management fee hoping that you’ll have some return. Affiliates will also refuse to work with you as they say it’s poor quality. I tried to sell, and they sent someone who seemed interested in buying 3 websites quickly after just an email conversation (no phone number provided) and then he suddenly dropped off. It really felt like it was made up. Because I was upset and to keep me from making bad reviews they sent a couple of real leads to sell and they eventually sold one of my websites for a master fee - £399. At least I got some money back.. It all feels like scam, made up business. There is just one person who will even speak with you – the MD. All “others” will just communicate by email. I wanted to move my websites abroad on a new market but couldn’t trust them anymore and didn’t want to lose even more money. I do not recommend!

My friend has had a franchise for a while and raved about it. I got involved and love the whole model. Digital advertising is the way forward and I’m glad I am involved. Very impressed with everything regarding this franchise. Very upfront with everything

I am into my 4th month now, while I am working this on a part time basis I am now making an extra monthly income which is a major plus for the household. I cannot fault any aspect of the franchise, the support team are so helpful.

I joined WOI Nov 23, Dec was quiet, but Jan & Feb have been very good with adverting sales. I have hit well above the average £166 per ad
Without doubt this is a growth market and WOI franchise has an excellent system to capitise on the online advertising market.
They do stress that you need to follow their proven system, do not reinvent the wheel. The entry level is low and the only franchise I know where they
don’t take a share on my profits. I am very happy with the support and help given.

This franchise has given me the opportunity to work for myself by my own schedule which I never had before.
