We ordered 3 bags of hardwood logs , they even asked what size length would fit in to our log burner. Delivered within the week ( we did not specify a date ) excellent. Thank you .

Not surprised by all the recent reviews!!! Think I just missed the scam by the skin of my teeth, placed an order of over £3000 last year, took around 4 months to come, always came in dribs and drabs, sent mdf before roof etc so had to dry store, awful communication, never offered anything to apologise, only refused to sell to me when I left bad review on Facebook page

Hi I placed an order for £780 back in 2020 i received £500 worth of timber and there was £400 outstanding i never got the rest of my order i email and try to ring no reply so went to the bank to claim it back 7 months later I got my £400 back January 2021 so do not trust this company will not ever shop there again hope this helps people out that are owned money still stay safe and good luck 😊

Please do not use this company. They have take a payment for a very large order in August now November. They have blamed c19 but every other wood firm is fine. I have attempted on many occasions via email and phone to contact to no response. Let the credit card company do there thing now

Absolute joke of a company, placed a large order of materials 3 months ago and only this week got money back from card company. Lies all the time, phone number but May as well not bother as just goes to answer phone. Everything blamed on covid but other merchants seem to have managed to keep things ticking over, I had a drive out to their “office” what a dump! The local tip is better kept. Stay well well away from wolf timber they’ll just take your money and never send your items, won’t be long intill this place changes it’s name and re opens.

DO NOT USE. Placed an order on 22/9, over a month later the wood still hasn't arrived and i have had no communication from the company. Chased numerous times with no response. My last communication was on 14/10 asking for a refund, of which i've still heard nothing and no refund given. Will have to go through the credit card company to get the money back. Shocking. Doesn't deserve one star.

I’ve used Wolf before and was happy enough to have placed another order but two months later there’s no sign of a delivery and communication has broken down. Very disappointed!

I’ve used these throughout lockdown and they were great. They now have had an order from me for 4 weeks and no contact at all. DO NOT USE. Time to contact the relevance places and my bank.

2 months and many attempts at contact since I ordered some timber they failed to deliver and reply to my calls and emails no refund provided or update on delivery very poor

Used these before everything was ok my my order never arrived they do not answer emails text or phone after a month had to go to the for refund web site still taking orders

I made an order of £1700 over 8 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. The website stated everything was in stock but it obviously isn’t. Communication has totally stopped after I asked for a refund. Now having to go through my bank to try and get my money back. Under any circumstance, please do not use this company!

We placed an order with Wolf timber for nearly £200 and have had a confirmation email and recipt the order. Unfortunately 3 weeks later we have had no communication regarding delivery, we called them and said they could not get hold of the timber at the moment and they do not know when they will be able to get any in. We have emailed them 4 times and called 5 times to try and get a refund issued and we have had no response from them at all. We cannot get hold of them. Unfortunately we have had to contact our bank to see if they can claim back the money on our behalf. We have ordered what we need from another company which is being delivered next week.

Fraudulent company please don’t buy from them. Paid £400 for decking never received it didn’t respond when I asked for a refund and they don’t answer the number on their website. Having to go through my bank to try and get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Keep your eyes open for any businesses started by two people who have asked for their names to be removed. All you need to do is check for them on company checker etc and you'll see who they are. The fact that they have asked to remove their names indicates that they're probably going to do the same trick again - so watch out. Google Wolf Timber on Company Checker and you'll find the two names to avoid. Clearly devious people

No info about estimated delivery time
Finaly after reciving delivery date, no one cares to inform you about delays- when your order will arrive.
On the good side: fairly easy buying process on website;
Fairly responsiv costumer service( in present conditions.
Got some kinde of compensation because of 3day late delivery and product length change(although it was rather unplesent process I can't tell that my personal emotions made it easy).
Based on price and few positiv reviews from my friends I was really disappointed with no communication at all when delivery was past promised date....
If time don't matter for you and you don't care when your delivery will arrive, then I believe you will be happy with this service.
