Wondear's red light therapy mat is a game changer. Comfortable, easy to use, and effective. Great for at-home recovery.

I work late and wake up puffy and dull. Now I lie on this for 20 min before bed, and my face looks way less swollen in the AM. Not dramatic, but noticeable. The pad is shorter than I expected - if you're over 5'10", your feet might hang off.
