Had a great time with friends! Did not disappoint. Hoping for another wonderbox in my Christmas stockings this year!!!

I was given a Wonderbox and used it to see a Brooklyn Nets game in NYC with my friend. We went to the Pelicans game last saturday. Great experience. Lots of points… Very nice to be able to choose the game. I wasnt familiar with this concept. I recommend it

I experienced Go Dream gifts in Denmark and now in the USA and it's really great!!

This things a total turd. I won it at a holiday party. I would have paid $50 to not sign up and mess with it. Total waste of time and money. After 30 minutes, it was redeemed to find out there’s one, that’s right, one location that I can use it for.

I love the concept! I found activities and places I wouldn't have thought of, and my parents loved their gift.

The vendor i chose was not even aware of wonderbox. It was going to be a hang-gliding adventure in New York State. He said he would look into the matter when i gave him the voucher but he hasn't replied back yet. I recommend wonderbox confirm that their designated vendors are familiar and accepting of these vouchers. Thank you.

It took days trying to set up my experience but yes they were very helpful in that they combined my store credit with remaining balance to get they stay I wanted, but at the Hotel they require a deposit and I didn't have it because I didn't see anything about a deposit on any paperwork. Nonrefundable of course

the tickets are crazy hard to use, and customer service takes weeks to get back to you. eventually i asked for a refund after 2 failed attempts. Supposedly i got store credit but when i went to use it there were no tickets, and no credit. I also didn't get a refund.

Update: there is no voucher in my account and there is no store credit on my account either. Not sure who responded to this review but as of mid August i still haven't been able to use my vouchers or receive new ones. Hopefully they decide to issue a refund.

If I could rate "0" stars I would. In Feb 2023 I purchased two Wonderbox experiences for a "3 or 4-star hotel night stay" in Las Vegas (expiration set for 2028). As the directions requested, I registered both vouchers on the Wonderbox website. I was then directed to another website managed by Hotel Express International, where I was asked to choose my resort and reservation dates. I chose the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV for 7/19/25 and 7/20/25. That day I received a Booking Voucher for 7/19/25 and 7/20/25 and was told to bring these vouchers with me to the hotel upon check-in. I received no email confirmation. When calling the Horseshoe Hotel directly, the hotel staff has no record of my reservation. I have attempted to contact Wonderbox via email without a response. I have also tried to call the Hotel Express International international telephone number for Norway (+47 380 70177); however, no one picks up the phone, even when customers call for support during normal business hours (8:30 am-16:00). I have spent nearly $400 and have nothing to show for it--buyer beware.

we tried to redeem our tickets on line, but were unsuccessful, so we went to the theater and the manager tried to help us. After @ half an hour, she gave up and comped us to a movie. Much better to just go to thr theater and buy tickets..This is a dumb idea.
