I’m really not happy. I placed a large order for three pairs of, really not cheap, jeans They sent me the wrong size, even though it was clearly their mistake. I had to return them to request a new size, which already meant extra, unnecessary work on my end.

I followed their return instructions exactly and sent the package back via UPS. Since then, I haven’t heard anything. I’ve emailed them twice and received no reply. There’s also no phone number anywhere to contact them, so now I lost 200 euro. This is a LOT of money!!

I either want the correct jeans sent to me or my money back. This is really poor customer service for such a big and expensive brand. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Non-existent customer service. Contact forms go unanswered, emails do not get replied to— absolutely no way to contact the customer service team or company if they do not reply to the two options, email or contact form via their webpage. Therefore, unable to return an item when the return form page is not working. I will avoid and never shop with this company again, or merchant stores.

I received a leather jacket from Won Hundred on October 1st, but the quality does not match the description or justify the price. I have attempted to exercise my right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (§18), yet the company has not responded to any of my messages, and their online return system does not work.

Consumers are legally entitled to cancel online purchases within 14 days and to have returns handled without undue delay. I have complied with all deadlines, but the lack of response and a functioning return option is in violation of Danish consumer protection law.

I hope Won Hundred will address this issue and ensure their return process operates according to legal requirements. Until then, I unfortunately cannot recommend shopping here.

Unfortunately it is really impossible to get in touch with customer support. I've send at least 6 messages, by mail and contactform, and NO response at all for over more than 4 weeks!!
The item I've received is far TOO big, so far no refund or exchange. Really disappointing

Love the quality and designs but customer care is just awful. It takes them ages to reply, tracking number is never provided together with shipment confirmation, returns/exchanges could take months…

Bought a trench coat at waited 1,5 week, and had to write the customer service for update. The answer was, that they would call the wearhouse for an update - well, maybe you should do that before you write me, so that I actually could get an update. 2 days later I get an email about my ordner beeing cancelled, and the coat is not available in my size anymore.

I returned an order three weeks ago and haven't heard anything from the company since. Don't buy anything here, because if you have to return something, you'll have a problem. I'm still waiting for over 200 euros.

Fijne webshop, wel jammer dat nu voor de 2e keer een artikel niet op voorraad was.

I like the design, but the quality and service are completely out of line with their pricing. I wasnt expecting a 200 euro pair of jeans to get a hole in them within a year. Wouldn’t recommend.
