Oddly, they sent my order to a random “pickup” point rather than my home address. Why would that happen? I didn’t select it. Especially since I used Apple Pay. I was lucky to notice the discrepancy which sent me to a challenging location with odd hours. For that folly, I have to say, not a great experience.

I returned the order completely, but Won Hundred refuses to refund the shipping cost I paid to receive the order. When you send back an online order completely, they have to refund the order in full, including shipping cost.

This is simply written in the EU law for online shopping, I do not understand why this is a problem.

I should chance a pair of jeans. It went totally smooth. The customer service was solution-oriented and kind. So I ended up with three pair of pants and a nice sweater. Perfect:-)

The distressed Ben jeans were best jeans I have ever bought. However the Ben Two Wash looked nothing like in the pictures and size felt too big, label also wrong colour. I think if there was a proper description and maybe how many washes to get to those on the website would be better and I can make i more informed decision

I placed and paid for an order with delivery to Russia. It was sent, but after a couple of weeks I received a message that my order would not be delivered, the reason: DHL is delivered to Russia only to legal entities (companies), and not to individuals. We agreed with the manager that after the return of the parcel, it will be sent again to the address of the company, which I will provide. Mia's manager wrote that she would try to negotiate with the warehouse. But after another couple of weeks, I received an automatic refund message. As a result, I lost a decent amount of money due to the conversion of currency from euros back to rubles. Site support has not contacted me until now. I believe that it was necessary to warn that delivery to Russia has "special requirements", or to send orders by another transport company, not DHL.
I really wanted to get the goods from the order, so I had to use the delivery through the service of an intermediary. I placed an order for an address in Germany (I paid the duty), and the intermediary's service has already sent the order to me in Russia.
In general, I am very satisfied with the product. But it's a pity that I overpaid so much for the delivery (((
