Fast, friendly service and good value for money.

Always lovingly made for their customers , and a good variety of scents in their range of candles, diffusers and melts .

My candles arrived as expected. I took advantage of some lower priced ones to be sent to help Ukraine. The design of these candles in jars are particularly suitable.

I love Wonkey candles. The products are beautiful, the candles burn well, packaging and delivery is always spot on. I buy them for myself and for gifts. I've also been enjoying the subscription, some of those fragrances are amazing!!

I love your products, they smell amazing

Enjoyed a lovely session at wonky candles making a fabulous two tone rhubarb and gin scented candle. Really learnt a lot about the process and great to meet all the family behind the business.

Beautifully scented candles and melts, and a great service.

I buy Wonky Candles’ products for loved ones’ birthday and Christmas presents etc (and as a treat) and they always prove popular.

It’s also nice to know you’re supporting a small, family-run company.

Lovely hippo candle, and business. Smells great and long burn time. Really recommend, love it.

My goods were received on time, well packaged and smelling gorgeous!
This family team have overcome adversity and their dedication to supporting charities is admirable.
I like to support small businesses and this is one of my favourites. Well done and keep up the good work!

Helpful and friendly service any questions you can give them a quick call

Unbelievably bad customer service!
I purchased their large candle whilst shopping at Crumplebury, and my father purchased one as well.
They were £34 each and smelt lovely but DO NOT BUY THEM!!!
They are a huge hazard in any home as when the candle gets low (but there is still wax left) the whole glass container explodes and causes severe damage to anything around it (sideboard, carpet, ornaments). This happened to both mine AND my dads.
The responses to my emails to raise the issue were very “well tough - you aren’t supposed to burn the whole thing” which is shocking. I have had to chase for any response and then got a final response from the owners MUM saying my complaint has negatively affected them.
I haven’t even asked for my money back, but just that they should put some sort of notice on the bags or in a leaflet when selling the candle to make people aware.
My little girl was with me in the room with the candle and could’ve been seriously hurt as the glass shattered everywhere!
AVOID AVOID AVOID. The candle is not worth the risk of damage!!!

Lovely products and good service.Thank you.

Really easy to order ,arrived very quick would use again ,candle smells gorgeous

Another gorgeous candle from Wonky candles ! The smell is amazing and it always lasts ages. Definitely worth the money and love supporting such a wonderful small business.

Love Wonky Candles - best customer service, amazing products, great value for money, everything they make lasts ages! most recently tried the tutti fruity hoover discs and my hoover has never smelled so good! I am really not a fan of this task but the discs definitely give me a great in-scent-tive to get it done! :D they smell amazing and you can get some scents (discs) to match your candles/wax melts. Awesome company, amazing, hard working family running it and they do such amazing work with the community. Also, whenever you make an order, a real person does a little happy dance :) buy yourself a treat and do a little happy dance too!

Love Wonky candles.

The smell in the flat is amazing
