Ordering from Canada was problem free.
International ordering from Canada was very smooth. Website was easy to navigate and provided clear information on product I needed and how to get it to me with no surprises. Poor quality product
Poor quality product. I have always used original Dewalt blades before and they last for 100s of cuts. The ones I purchased from you were nowhere near that quality 2 of the blades snapped after less than 10cuts The weld failed on both of them I haven’t fitted the 3rd blade yet but I suspect the same thing will happen. Poor quality product

Website v easy to use. Products I ordered really good quality. The band saw blades cut crisply and very accurate without blade depth distortion.
Good feeling to have found a company who stocks the kit I need for my woodworking shop.

Not the correct size and no response…
**Not the correct size and no response to my complaint**
Woodford Tooling Ltd supplied two bandsaw blades advertised as having a 1,400 mm circumference and being 12.7 mm wide. However, when I tried to fit them to my Craft 1400B bandsaw, both blades were too small to fit.
This does not appear to be an operator error, as Axminster 1,400 mm blades fit the saw perfectly. I emailed Woodford Tooling twice to explain the problem, but received no response to my complaint. Instead, I have continued to receive discount offers for future purchases, which I am very unlikely to use given that my issue remains unresolved.
I would have appreciated a proper response and an attempt to resolve the problem. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the company.
