Bought the watch as a gift for my son-in-law who is a trim carpenter. I’m sure he will like it, I think it’s beautiful!

I bought $500 worth of watches that you delivered to the wrong address. I will never see them. I wrote you twice with the correct address but got no response and the problem was not fixed. I will never buy from you again.

The hour hand is too narrow making it hard to read. The second hand does not stay moving. It's a pretty watch. Just wished I could read it easier.

Watch looks great. Nice packaging, great packaging. The picture of the sizing instructions should emphasize the arrows because they are hard to see on the watch; at least for me. Hands are very hard to see against the face of the watch. Needs more contrast. In the dark it's easy.

My 1st watch wasn't working so I had to send it.back...it was a really long wait..but finally received my new watch and love it

I discovered wooden watches a few years ago. I love the feeling of wearing a wood watch. They are so light and comfortable. People I meet are impressed with my wood watches.

These watches are beautifully crafted and will be treasured by the recipient. Customer Service was great! One of my choices was unavailable so they notified me so another one could ship with my order!

When I received the watch, it looked exactly like the picture which was great. But when I had a jeweler try to take out some of the links so I could size it to my wrist. It literally shattered and broke a part which made it feel cheap and not worth the money . Will not be buying another watch from them again.

I was under the impression that the watch was made in the USA. I wasn't prepared to have the watch shipped from overseas. After the watch arrived (which was late for a Birthday present for my son), the outer wood ring fell off! This company promotes itself on quality workmanship, Really?

Shipping time said 1-3 weeks, my order took over a month
