I purchase wood power leaf blower on their website after reading positive reviews. I received the blower today opened the box and went to charge the battery as directed. The charger cord would not connect to the battery. Here is the best part of the review at the bottom of the box was a hand written note from a previous customer who obviously returned this blower stating that the charger would not connect and he contacted his credit card company to get get the charge off his card. So I received the bad blower and the customers note. I tried to contact the company and that turned into another disaster as they sent me to a company that said in order to talk to a representative it would cost me $5.00 which would be refundable and someone would call me to help. I never got a phone call and I looked at my credit card on line and was charged $70.00
Both charges will be denied as I already talked to my credit card company
Don’t buy this product from this company they are a big joke and thank you to the dumb employee who sent this defective blower to me along with the letter from the previous customer

I am 78 years old and can't always get someone to help me with leaves, bird food, etc. so I purchased the hand blower. Well, I tried it as soon as I received it and I JUST LOVE IT. It is very powerful, battery lasts a long time and very light weight. It's nice to do things for myself and not depend on others, The Wood Ranger Power Leaf Blower gave me independence.
