Ordered 10/13/26, never received, emails back and forth stating "we'll look into it" and, we'll get back with you shortly" for weeks but nothing more, no action, disputed with card company. Stay away!

They are a terrible and deceptive company. I ordered wood utensils on Oct 7 . Was supposed to be delivered Oct 19. They didn’t show up and when i looked at the tracking they were in China. I reached out to support ( Barbara) who offered me a 50% discount to keep the order for my inconvenience. She stopped responding. Then weeks later, the spoons showed up. I had already disputed the charge and now they recharged my account for the full amount. No one is answering my emails now. This company is a sham. Do not order from them.

These utensils are very nice. However, the ladle in my set arrived with a big chip in it. I wrote to the company several times and was completely ignored. My issue is mainly with their customer service and responsiveness. In addition, the package was not damaged so this tells me that the ladle was put into the package already chipped. Of course that speaks to quality control and again, poor customer service. I won't be ordering from them again.

Do not trust the advertising. These are not made or shipped in the US but rather in and from China. The shipping takes forever and one order was never received. They are difficult to contact and they come in a box with no labels or instructions or something that would make these products feel safe to use.

We received our 4 pc set and one of the spatulas was not properly sanded and has a small imperfection on the back. I have sent 2 emails to their CS and no response. Terrible business practice. What good is a no holds warranty if you don’t respond to customers? Won’t buy from them again!
I did get a response late today after I posted this review. Coincidence?

First of all, the ad that sold me was misleading. They said this was an amish product, but I was suspicious when it was shipped from China. Supposedly they tried to deliver on a Sunday and sent me an email that they could not deliver and would try again. They never tried again. I called the shipping company 4 days later and asked when they would attempt again and they said I'd have it in the next 2-3 days. Then, 2 days later, I got an email that they were unable to deliver so it was being returned to China. I again called the shipping company and they said they denied they had ever had the package (even though a few days earlier they had the records). I called Woodsen and they said they'd get right on it and I never heard back. I've initiated a chargeback with my credit card company.

Just ordered but looks like a really good product. What is really nice their customer service is wonderful!! 👍

I received these utensils after waiting for a full month (they did not ship for 2 full weeks after I ordered, and then apparently it takes 2 weeks to ship from China.) Their ad makes it seem like these are made by domestic craftsmen, but buyer beware these are from China. After examining them, and washing them with soap and water, it was obvious to me that they are covered in some kind of lacquer. This is not "mineral oil" (from China? How do you verify that ?) that they claim via AI bot via email. I am requesting a refund and hopefully they follow through. So disappointing.

Easy to navigate; easy to order from this site. Ease of not ordering extras - no pressure - just the offer of them. Reviews right there so you can read or not.

Easy ordering process. I like the product material. It will give me confidence in my cooking.

SCAM!! Fraudulent company, don’t buy from them.

I saw an ad on Facebook for this company that was selling small leaf Acacia wood, utensils, no lacquer, no chemicals, everything all natural hand carved by the Amish. The website states that they are made sold and shipped from the US. I didn't press the link on Facebook. I googled the company’s name and read the website and decided to order after reading made in the US and shipped from the US.

As soon as I placed the order, I received a tracking number coming from China. I received the utensils while I was out of state and when I returned, the utensils are exactly everything that they said that they weren’t they have lacquer on them. They’re cheap. The little container that it’s held in is super tiny. The stuff barely fits in it. Most of the handles are super short. It’s a scam!

Easy to order. Like the product. Follow-up from Naomi was interesting and enlightening. It was nice to learn I’m already on the right track.

Total scam ! Company responds to emails but does absolutely nothing to resolve lost orders.They blame the shipping company forcing you to reach out directly and then the shipping company blames their shipping company, rinse and repeat.Stay away from this company.
