A simple order that has been processed simply and effectively.

Fast and efficient delivery service.
Competitive price.

I ordered a pair of AGA oven gloves from Woodstockfires one evening. I wasn’t too sure whether the payment had gone through so sent an email the following morning. I received a response within 20 minutes to confirm payment had been fine and the gloves were being packed at that moment. They duly arrived the next day. What can I add? Very responsive service, good website and spot on delivery timing. I would be very happy to use again. Oh, yes, the AGA gloves are excellent, too!

Reasonable price. Quick acknowledgement of order. Fast delivery. Good qualty product when opened and examined.
That's It.

The materials that I was looking for were all clearly shown on the site. The ordering and payments were clear and simple. Delivery was quicker than stated and the goods arrived well wrapped and in good order.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Woodstock fires

Nice product to replace a warn older pair. For what you get the chefs pads are pretty expensive, but these were some of the cheapest/best quality products available.

I'm in the US and the product I wanted is not available here. Thank you for shipping to me! It was quick and the item was in perfect condition. I will be ordering more in the near future!

Quick and efficient. Postage charges on the high side.

I recently purchased the Aga whistling kettle for my daughter in law. She is extremely pleased with it and says it's just what she wanted. I had it sent direct to her address and it arrived in time for her birthday so thanks to Woodstockfires for your prompt delivery
I would recommend your company.

Good price on Aga Kettle, prompt dispatch and delivery, very satisfied

Items promptly arrived to ROI as expected.

On receipt I felt I had been overcharged for P&P (understandable as it was not a UK delivery so postage was always going to be a guesstimate) and I queried it and it was remedied immediately. Great service.

Great service.
Thank you.

Brilliant service.

From order to delivery all went according to plan so no complaints. Very good service and competitive pricing.
