Good quality product, ordered after receiving a sample. Not yet put on the wall. Easy to order online. Well packaged, arrived on time. The panels are heavy so beware when lifting them.

The items this company have come up with to use on your wall panels are absolutely genius they are so easy to use and can be moved. They have a great range of items to choose from and are fantastic quality. I highly recommend them. My order was delivered in a day.

So, I didn’t discover WoodUpp until after fitting other branded wall panels….
I must admit, I was a little worried about ordering something not specifically designed for the wall panels I had already fitted, but took a chance. The items arrived promptly and well packaged and fit fairly well on my non WoodUpp panels. It made me order more and start exploring the site more. Now I have inspiration for my next project!

Fantastic customer service from Wood Up. Unfortunately the delivery company made a mistake with my order, but the team at Wood Up went above and beyond to sort it out and made sure I still received my delivery last minute. They were incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. Really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent Service. You get what you pay for.
Had some initial issues with emails not being received, but once I phoned them, the service has been excellent. They really went the extra mile to get my order dispatched the same day, and it turned up at lunchtime the following day. They are not the cheapest boards out there, but having spent a week comparing samples from various manufacturers and wholesalers, I'm convinced you get what you pay for. I'd certainly use WoodUpp again.

Post purchase communication was a bit chaotic, probably due to the launch of the new products, but it was all sorted in the end. The embrace room dividers are great. I would definitely recommend the company.

Quality product
Really great quality. So good that it was very heavy for me to install by myself but two tradespeople did in a few hours. I love the colour of the wood and the felt, it made my living room looks cozy and stylish.

Great experience with WoodUpp
Great experience with WoodUpp. The panels are high quality and look fantastic once installed. I added LED backlighting to the slats and the final result looks amazing — it really transformed the whole space and gives a very modern, warm atmosphere in the room.
Everything arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Installation was straightforward and the panels feel very solid and well made. Definitely recommend WoodUpp if you're looking to create a stylish feature wall.

Great product
Ordering was easy and the delivery came quicker than expected.
Fitting the panels took a bit of time, mostly due to the amount of cuts we had to make and the walls being out of plumb.
However we are really pleased with the finished wall and the accessories were very easy to fit, the room feels transformed, visually and acoustically.

Good concept
Bought the WoodUp tv and long shelf systems for our acoustic panels. The shelf fixings couldn't be simpler. But the TV setup template showed a layout for the fixings for our vesa (200×200) that was incorrect. So we had to adapt making sure we spread the weight of the TV evenly. Once that was sorted, the TV sat neatly on the panels. Would recommend the system.

Good but not great
Some wood strips are a bit loose which is making the strip lights loose and unable to stay in place so not thrilled with them to be honest. They look excellent though just more of a faff than expected for the price to sort the little problems out

Quick delivery great quality. Ordered wood panelling from Woodup because of the shelving and mirror, and other products that go with the panels. So glad I did, it's a brilliant system.

A well made product
A well made product. They are more expensive than other brands but I feel of a better quality. The items were packaged well and good delivery service. I’m looking forward to adding some of the accessories to the wall too.
