Fail to Respond, wrong order
I ordered 7 panels or so and they were great. I then thought the shelves would be a great addition. I orderred 2 shelves, black, with bkack thumbscrews. They sent brass which i dont want. I havd emailed them several times and no one replies. I just want two black thumbscrew packs sending out. Its annoying because two relatively small shelves is nearly 200.

We’ve checked all of our inboxes but unfortunately can’t find any email from you regarding an issue with your shelves. Could you please double-check that your message was sent to pm@woodupp.co.uk
With regard to the shelves: they come as standard with brass thumbscrews, and at the moment we don’t offer the option to exchange them for another colour as part of the shelf purchase. However, it is possible to purchase black thumbscrews separately if you’d like them.
Great quality value for money product
When we decided we wanted to install acoustic panelling we conducted a fair amount of research. Woodupp looked like it would fit the bill and we really liked the accessories available.
The quality of the product is excellent. It is far better than anything available from B&Q, Wickes, Homebase etc. and is no more expensive.
We purchased 8 panels, a glue gun and glue, screws, a staple gun and staples and a box of picture hooks. You only need glue or screws. We’re not too bothered though as our panelling won’t be going anyway.
Definitely worth getting a box or two of picture hooks though - very easy to put pictures / mirrors up and move them around without leaving any marks.

Quality panels
I purchased two panels from WoodUpp and one of the panels came with cracks on it. The customer service dealt with it quickly and arranged a return of the damaged one and sent a replacement. Although this caused us a bit of inconvenience, the panels looked beautiful and of good quality. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

I have bought panels
I have bought panels, 2 shelves and a notice board and a handy coat / Key hook.
I am very pleased with all the items I have purchased they are of excellent quality and manufactured great.
I will continue to use these products in the future and if I purchase future properties or change room decorations.

Speedy delivery & decent quality
Speedy delivery, although driver just left goods outside front door. Decent quality product.
We found that each panel needs one glue tube each.
The 'veneer' on each strip is very thin. Take care when cutting.

My overall experience with this company has been excellent. The quality of service and product cannot be faulted. The delivery was fast and all products were came in secure packages. Not happy at all
Not happy at all. I placed my order for 2 acupanels on the 29/9/2025. I was sent an e-mail saying i would receive my order the following day (30/9/2025) between 8am & 6pm. Took my day off work to be in, and there is no sign of my order, no communication letting me know what is the problem with the delivery, nothing. Bad service in this respect 1 star. Will not use again

I'm really sorry to hear about the missed delivery and completely understand your frustration, especially after taking the day off to be in. Our courier partner is usually fairly reliable when it comes to delivering on the date provided, but unfortunately, there can sometimes be unexpected delays due to things like traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or accidents.
That said, we’ve spoken with the courier this morning, and they’ve confirmed that your order is scheduled to go out for delivery again today. The driver is typically in your area between 12 and 3pm, so it should be with you shortly.
Again, I can only apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

I ordered panels for an internal wall. Great communication, easy to order and the panels arrived within a few days. Easy to install and made such a difference to the room. Would highly recommend
