Scammers

Scammers. Ordered twice. Each time products were mailed to an address that doesn’t exist. Zero customer support. No response to emails. Obviously a scam operation.

As a business owner

As a business owner, I’m kinda shocked that this guy is still in business!! Catty and rude for no reason. He blames his website’s f* *k ups on literally anything else … if you ever get a response at all. Can’t wait to spend my money anywhere but here! Judging by other reviews you’ll be lucky if you get what you order.

This is the worst customer service I’ve have seen in my 60+ year of life. I am sorry there is no such thing with this Business owner I hope he never receives another order
I own my own small business and I can not believe something like this come from any small business owner that truly cares about their customers
I will never order anything from you again

I don't like giving them one star..

I don't like giving them one star... should be 0 stars... Like everyone else on here, I placed an order early in November 2022, to this date I have not received anything, nor have I gotten a response to my dozens of support tickets I completed, the dozen of times I posted comments on their Facebook page... nothing, all you get is auto response saying it is a one man show. Update. I did get my money back through my bank a few days ago.

Agree with previous reviews. Absolutely no customer service. They do not respond to any contact. It's been three months since I placed my order (and they charged my card) and has been listed as "In Progress" during that time. No response from the company in my attempts to contact them.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Suffice it to say, my review is a carbon copy of all the other reviews. Order paid in Oct 2022, never shipped, charged, even emails stating shipment ready. Have attempted contact via 3 support tickets, 3 emails, Facebook and their posted phone number which is disconnected, all with no response. I finally disputed charge with PayPal and am awaiting outcome. Sad because I love their shorts, but will never buy from them again. One thing Jerry has got to learn is to take care of the people that put food on your table. Evidently he has no clue what good customer service is.

Missing order, no response

I made an order in October 2021 worth $215.28 with my credit card charged. The package was never shipped according to USPS. I followed up with several emails, two letters, including once with registered mail. There was no response at all.

After months of not receiving my order

After months of not receiving my order, unable to contact anyone at Woof, unanswered help tickets, no response on social media I finally disputed the charge with my bank. Hopefully it will prompt them to either send my products or refund my money.

Small business gone wrong, awful returns process

I received my order promptly, but if you think this is like Any Other E-Commerce Site where you can return items easily, buyer beware. There's no organized return process: no exchanges, so you just buy your own label, stick it in the mail, and they don't have a system to acknowledge receipt of your return. It took me 3 months and 1 chargeback to get a refund. I sent 3 emails to customer service and they were all ignored. Sometimes I got an automated message that said something to the tune of "We're a small business with only two people and we can't handle communication so check our haphazard website and FAQ." Realistically, if you're charging $75 for shorts and you can't offer a sensible customer experience, you aren't suited to be in business.

Are they working to drive themselves out off business?

Like other (off site reviews - they don’t seem to allow negative reviews on the site) I love the products but they seem driven to destroy their own company.

Received the wrong size and color- only to discover they don’t offer exchanges - nor do they assist on returns even due to their own error.

They offered to refund along with return shipping costs in a fac section- which never happened.

Getting PayPal involved got me a refund but not on my return costs.

I would never purchase from them again.

I mistakenly did not read reviews outside of the company’s own website and that mistake cost me. Every review on this company is poor except for the ones you read on their website, and I now know that is because the owner curates them and refuses to post anything negative. I know this because mine was one of them. I had ordered several pair of shorts from this company and was pleased, until one came in the wrong size. I never got around to sending them back, so I didn’t know of the poor customer service until I received another pair that was defective. After paying $65 for a pair of shorts, I am unable to use the pocket on the right side because it is sewn shut. It is not a simple ripping of a thread, as the material from the inside got bunched up in the surger machine. I emailed immediately and was ignored. I emailed again and was directed to the company website for the return policy, which explicitly states that they are not set up for exchange and return is the only option, and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. I emailed again asking if that applies to defective merchandise and was again ignored. I deliberated with myself and decided not to send them back because I have had experiences in the past where I paid for return shipping and never received a refund, so I decided I would rather have defective shorts than none at all, since I could still wear them. I posted a review on his website for these shorts, l I think for three stars, saying that they were soft and comfortable but had received them defective and I didn’t trust the return policy. I emailed the company telling them of my decision but that I was reluctant to purchase again because of this unfavorable return policy. I was once again ignored. I had moved on with my life and not thought twice about it until I received a very vindictive email from Jerry, the owner, accusing me of lying and trying to hurt his business and reduce his sales. Like I care about his sales! I am just a customer who wants a good product for the price I paid. I was very offended that not only did he not offer to replace the item, but he went out of his way to take time from his presumably busy day to email me and call me a liar. That is no way to run a business! He is always emailing and asking people to support him because he has a small business and it is difficult for a small business to takeoff. It is difficult to maintain business when you keep running off your loyal customers! A simple replacement of the item, which he probably could have gotten refunded from his manufacturer since it was defective, would have gone a long ways for goodwill with this customer. Instead, he received his last $65 from me.

Absolute non-existent customer service

Absolute non-existent customer service. Followed their own return policy to a tee and after multiple emails and social media messages over a 2 month timespan, I still have not received a refund (despite there being proof-of-delivery of return items).

Zero customer service.

I like the products, so it's really too bad that customer service is non-existent. Received the wrong size, I ordered the right size and they sent a different size. No real way to communicate with them. They just direct you to instructions to mail it back and wait for refund. This is completely unacceptable. Do not buy from these folks.

5 months later and no delivery

I placed an order back on April 16 Fri the chin sundown colour.order1155547.
It is September and I still to have received the order. On status it say USPS is waiting pickup.
I have sent a number of emails and got no reply from the vendor.
I was a loyal customer and now I am not and will not be until this is resolved.

Don’t even visit this site.

Was disappointed with this website. I ordered a short on the 24th July and 2 weeks later the status is still saying processing. Another week has passed and the the status is now “back ordered” what ever that means! I email them and no respond after a week. They keep sending marketing emails even though they can’t cope! Terrible. Please do not buy and tell your friends.

18/08: Update: I got a text message that the status is now 'processing'. This is nearly after a month after purchasing!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. When I have ordered in the past the clothes were great, but my last order on January 4 2022 has still not been sent 8 months later and they won’t respond to email. All my emails get a generic response that says a response will take some time. I am about $350 out of pocket and essentially they have just kept my money with no product or follow up from them. I doubt I will ever get a refund, credit or product from them

Love their clothing but customer…

Love their clothing but customer service is horrendous and non-existant! After placing a 161.00 second-order months went by and not a single response from them regardless of inquiries. Thankfully I had used Paypal to pay for the clothing so I filed a complaint with Paypal and Woff wouldn't even respond to Paypal! Needless to say Paypal refunded all of my money, thankfully.

Jerry (founder) and his gang at Woof Clothing are either completely incompetent or they are crooks. Go to the BBB page and see what their reviews say. They do NOT answer any support tickets and, in fact, encourage customers on their support page to send a letter in the mail to get the fastest service - REALLY? Don’t sell anything unless you’re willing to provide support! I was sent the wrong size (I ordered the right size and they sent a totally different one). After an initial response from their COO (Jon) apologizing and promising to send a replacement, I sent the wrong ones back. I paid extra to have them tracked and confirmed they received them. I also emailed Jon the day I sent them and provided the tracking info. It has been almost 6 months and many emails asking for an update but zero response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these guys unless you like giving money away and beating your head against the wall.
