I subscribed to the 12-month Chewer plan for my 25-lb terrier. The toys are described as suitable for mild to moderate chewers. My dog tore chunks off the pumpkin-shaped rubber toy in under two minutes — pieces he could have swallowed. It went straight in the trash.

The toys are also too heavy for a smaller dog to carry, and the "treat-dispensing" designs don't actually dispense — neither my dog nor I can get treats back out of them. The treats in the box are fine, but they're not worth $33 a month.

When I asked to cancel, I was offered early release for a $50 fee. I've sent the company photos and asked them to reconsider and to take the toy quality issue back to their distributor. Dog owners deserve toys that match the description — please supervise your dog closely with these.

Would highly recommend Woof Pack to any dog owner! My pup absolutely goes crazy for it whenever his new box comes in the mail! It’s such a nice experience to see my pup so happy and excited to try out his new toys and treats! They also offer great customer service, they are always willing to help any way possible. The monthly themes are adorable!

Woof Pack's are awesome and our dogs love getting their boxes every month.
I've seen some weird reviews and don't get it, they have always been there for us even when we lost one of one of our puppies. They sent us a get well card and they also offered to stop sending us boxes.
They are truly amazing and would recommend.
