We are so so lucky to have found Alex and her family. Our little Nelson is a very anxious doggy and we feel so comfortable leaving him with Alex. He loves all the treats, he gets excellent walks (even if he is reluctant) and is introduced to all the other doggies well. We love all the updates we get too. Honestly couldn't think of a safer pair of hands, Nelson seems to happy there. Thank you, Alex and family x

Bob was spoilt rotten. He made lots of friends, and even got to go to the pub!! Alex is super professional and thoughtful, sent lots of pictures and videos. Will absolutely use again.

Freddie, a one year old working cocker spaniel absolutely loves spending time with Alex and her lovely Family .
A wonderful environment for him to play and feel safe. Alex is brilliant with and we feel lucky to have found someone I can trust to leave Freddie with.
He gets plenty of needed stimulation and is pretty tired when he comes home. Definitely one happy pup!
He's still very energetic and his needs are met in every way and we get regular activity updates throughout the day.
I would 100% recommend Alex. I have booked Freddie in for the rest of the year and would advise anyone thinking of doggy day care with Alex to do the same.

I first met Alex to provide some dog boarding for my dog and some adhoc day care. I felt immediately at ease when I met her and Merlin made himself right at home on her sofa!
My situation suddenly changed and due to a bereavement I gained a second dog!
Alex was just amazing! She immediately looked at how she could help me taking away the stress I was feeling and has accommodated and offered me a great service to help care for my dogs.
I cannot recommend Alex highly enough. She is friendly, caring and provides excellent communication on all levels including videos of my two happy dogs!

Alex is brilliant! We have a 1.5 year old sprocker spaniel who is high energy which means we can be a bit nervous leaving him with others as he can sometimes be a handful. Alex is incredibly good with him and it is clear our dog enjoys his time with her. We left him with Alex for a couple of nights whilst we were away and we were sent regular updates, photos and videos. This was very reassuring and great to see how much fun he was having. Alex is kind, professional and it is clear that she loves dogs! Thank you!

We were over the moon when we found Alexandra on Rover having never left our 2 year old Shih tzu before. Met up and immediately she took the worry out of leaving him for our daughter’s wedding. Friendly, kind with a lovely family and home not to mention registered and qualified. We were reassured throughout his stay with messages, photos and videos. He had a lovely time and had lots of cuddles, long walks and met new dogs. I would completely trust Alexandra and felt that Pip was truly cared for therefore I would recommend her to anyone who is anxious about leaving their precious pup.

Our 8 month old pup Albie LOVES going with Alex and her family. He has so much fun meeting all the other dogs and going on fantastic walks I’m surprised he wants to come home at all. We would highly recommend leaving your fur babies with Alex as you’ll be able to relax and be at ease knowing they’re in safe hands! We get regular updates and photos so we know our pup is having the best time!!

Otis, our Cavapoo, & Tilly, our Yorkiepoo, had a wonderful 4 day holiday with Alex & her family. We received regular updates by photo & video with records of all their walks. To be honest they had such a lovely time & received so much attention that we were surprised they wanted to come home. Well looked after with lots of love. Thanks Alex & your family. Best doggy care ever! Me and my husband left our little cockapoo with Alex and she was amazing with her, she was taken out for long walks and we would always get pictures of our doggie and what she has been up to in the day. If you are looking for a loving family to look after your dog this would be the right place for you! Thanks Alex for being so amazing with our little girl x

We have had the privilege of using Woofs & Wags doggy day care 3 or 4 times now over the last few months on the occasions where we need to leave our lovely puppy Nelly. Nelly is always wagging with excitement when we park outside, a testament to the amount of fun that she has while under Alexandra’s care.

Prior to our first booked visit, we were offered the opportunity to pop over to expose Nelly to the new environment and offer Alexandra and her family the chance to meet Nelly to ensure both were a good fit for one another - we are thrilled to say they are! But also from an owners perspective, this, alongside the forms to complete prior to booking - show that the quality of stay is at the forefront of Woofs & Wags culture. This commitment to standards made our decision to choose Woofs & Wags a no brainier.

We are provided updates in the form of pictures and videos throughout the day which provide reassurance to us as new dog owners. We will certainly be returning customers and Nelly is looking forward to her next visit. Thank you once again Alexandra, see you soon!

My dog LOVES staying here! I am always kept updated on what my dog is doing throughout the day and receiving photos and videos. I really feel at ease to be away from him when he stays and I know he is getting all the fun and attention he needs! I would 1000% recommend if you need a reliable, fun and caring family to look after your pups! X

Alex is very kind and caring and Maisie absolutely loves her. She can’t wait to hear the back gate go and knowing that Alex is coming to walk her. We have also boarded Maisie with Alex whilst we were on holiday and we couldn’t have been happier leaving her with Alex and her family

Finding the right person to look after our furry babies as well as we do is the hardest task. We worry they are not looked after properly, or get neglected, mistreated or shouted at. When I met Alex and her lovely family I knew straight away that Coby, my precious two-year-old Toy Poodle, was in safe hands and in a lovely comfortable home from home.
Coby goes to Alex on a weekly basis and gets really excited to see her. He can get very timid and apprehensive when separated from us but loved Alex from his first visit.
Alex’s house is warm, spacious and safe. There is an enclosed garden perfect for Coby’s exploring nature. Alex takes him for beautiful long walks, often to Dinton Pastures and other parks, and once back, he makes himself comfortable on the ample sofa in front of the telly and falls asleep on Alex’s lap. She always updates us with texts, pictures and videos which confirm how happy he is and a screenshot of the map where they walked that day. We really appreciate that.
We also love the fact that Alex limits the number of dogs she looks after at any one time: this allows her to pay full attention to her furry guests.
I can see how much Alex cares for Coby and treats him as if he was her own. She is very friendly, always smiling, kind, accommodating and reliable. I cannot recommend Alex enough.

Alex is great with our Rosie. Attentive compassionate and very caring. Rosie can be anxious and hyper so Alex and her family's love and patience was amazing! Walks fab too. Thoroughly recommend.

Bertie loves his time with Alex and her family.

I have been leaving Bertie with Alex consistently for a while now and he always runs through her front door SUPER excited to greet her and have a run-around.

Alex always takes him on such nice long walks, gives him treats and always has new toys for him to play with. She makes sure to update me throughout the day with pictures and videos about what he getting up to, which I love as I always miss him so much!

I am so happy and fortunate to have found someone like Alex who looks after Bertie like he is her own.

I can't recommend Alex enough, we have used Alex for daycare and also overnight stays for our fur baby Jasper, and he loves it!!! He has such a great time with plenty of walks and love...thank you Alex for taking such great care of him, we can relax knowing he's in such great hands
