Hi Santosh, we have looked into your order and can see you placed this on the 23rd December, however your order wasn't a UK stocked item therefore we quote 5-8 working days for Helly Hansen sent direct from their warehouse, due to Christmas and New Year bank holidays this has caused delays with deliveries as processes with UK customs has taken longer than usual, your order is now processing into the UK and will be with you shortly. All our delivery information can be found using this link (https://workwearnation.com/pages/delivery), we also have a banner at the top of our website advising to check our delivery tab prior to ordering to avoid any confusion regarding delivery times.

Hi, apologies for the confusion, we were given a tracking number for a pallet of stock from Carhatt that had cleared customs, that we mistakenly believed your item was on, however when the pallet arrived with us today and was checked it appeared not to be. Hence our email to you offering only colours that we physically stock in our warehouse and could guarantee would be with you Monday latest.
Again please accept our sincere apologies for this confusion and I hope you manage to get sorted.

Hi Adrian, apologies for the delay with your item. The Emma brand you have purchased is sent direct from the manufacturer in Poland, so we quote 5-8 working days for the delivery. Some how Amazon has allowed you to purchase express delivery which we do not offer on this brand. I will contact Amazon to look into this and have refunded the express delivery you paid.
The item should arrive in the UK and clear customs on Monday hopefully and you should receive notification from UPS / Amazon that your item has been scanned and it will be delivered the next day, hopefully Tuesday / Wednesday latest.
Apologies for the confusion with Amazon and the express shipping, I will look into this now.
The boots you have purchased are amazing, I hope you love them and thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately, we have just been informed by buckler that this item is out of stock until 07/01/25, however, we do have a size-12 in our warehouse which we can send ASAP, or would a refund on the original item be the preferred option?

Hi Jon, thanks for your review, however it is factually incorrect. Approximately 60% of our orders are dispatched direct from our UK warehouse the same day, which has substantial stock holding. The other 40% are dispached direct from the manufacturer. We have over 146,000 lines on our website, so only keep the core range here in the UK, due to space and cost limitations. We are extremely clear about this, our website has a large banner at the top requesting you get in touch prior to ordering if your order is urgent and to check the delivery tab. Our delivery tab is very clear about the delivery expectations for the brands we sell.
This is normal business practise for most internet companies. Even companies like Next and John Lewis have the items delivered direct from the manufacturer on occasions.

Hi Howard, we sent you an email on the 30th October the date you placed your order as unfortunately the size you ordered in the boots are out of stock therefore we offered a different style or if you are happy to place the order on back order, we hadn't heard back from our email therefore the boots were placed on a back order, we have now cancelled the order for you as requested. Regarding ourselves holding stock we have a warehouse and showroom however we currently sell close to 40 brands therefore we cannot hold stock of every item as this would be physically impossible, we do have a delivery tab on our website advising of estimated deliveries depending on which brand you purchase, there is also a banner at the top of our website advising customers to check our delivery tab prior to ordering. As advised we have now processed a full refund for your order.

Hi, we apologise for the issue, as advised Carhartt had changed the design slightly without making us aware therefore the images were incorrect on our website, we have sent you a pre paid returns label to get this back if you do not wish to keep the belt.

Hi Evan, your order was processed for dispatch directly from Dewalt rather than dispatch from our warehouse, for direct orders we usually quote 3-5 working days delivery, once in their warehouse for picking we are unable to cancel the order, we can see this has now been delivered to yourself.
