Hi Stuart, we process hundreds of returns every month, normally on the day we receive them. We have catorgorically not received your return. We did say we'd look into it if you provided us with the tracking, it may have been delivered to another unit on our estate etc. You have not provided us with the tracking number or proof of postage so there is little we can do. We cannot refund items unless we have actually received the item. I feel this poor review should be directed to the courier you used or to the person who sent a £120 item without getting tracking information. I hope you understand our position.

Hi Craig, apologies that you have an issue with your order, as advised through emails unfortunately there has been an error with the delivery label, all our orders get automatically processed with the couriers and the business name has been missed off the label on the couriers side, we have emailed them to update the address but unfortunately the parcel is already returning back to ourselves, therefore we have dispatched a replacement order for you and this has since been delivered to you today, looking into the next day delivery this was purchased on a standard delivery option. Hi Eric, I have taken a look into your order and can see this was placed on the 23rd December, our offices/warehouse were closed from the 23rd until the 27th therefore your order was only processed last Wednesday, for the brand you purchased we advise around 5-8 working days delay, (https://workwearnation.com/pages/delivery), your order is currently in transit from the supplier as this has been sent direct and will be scanned with the final carrier shortly. Hi, I've just checked your order and you ordered at 3.41pm on Friday the 22nd December, past our 2pm cut-off for that day (we closed at 4pm as it was the last day prior to Christmas). Your order was processed on the 27th December when we returned and we quote 3-5 working days for some of the DeWalt products, today Jan the 1st being 2 working days since ordering due to the Christmas and New Year holidays. Your order should be with you in the next couple of days as stated on our Delivery Tab:-

Hi Jayne, depending on which brand you purchase and our warehouse stock some orders may take longer to arrive, we always advise checking our delivery tab prior to purchasing to get an estimated delivery date and there is a banner at the top of our website to advise of this. We have taken a look into your order and can see this was dispatched directly from the manufacturer on a 5-8 working days delivery, to which your order arrived with yourself on the 7th working day. Hi Justin, I have taken a look into your order and can see you have purchased both Herock & Snickers items, for these brands we occasionally have to order the stock in from suppliers and both of these suppliers are based outside the UK, therefore we advise around 5-8 working days delivery, this is advised under our delivery tab (https://workwearnation.com/pages/delivery), we also have an active banner at the top of our website advising to check the delivery tab prior to placing an order to get an estimated delivery time.

Hi, we have a large banner at the top of our website asking you to check the delivery tab prior to ordering and the delivery tab clearly states the delivery times of the products we sell. You purchased a Regatta item on the 25th Oct, 5 working days ago and it was delivered today 2nd Nov, 5 working days after ordering:-
