Absolutely terrible. Placed an order on 3rd December as a Christmas gift and a birthday gift. They emailed me on the 10th to ask for the logos I required as for some reason they did not have them from the original order.
I responded a day later with the logos.
Didn’t hear anything more and expected delivery but closer to Christmas I emailed to ask when the order would be delivered as I was getting worried. I got a really short half hearted response claiming they had emailed me and I hadn’t responded and also called me. I have no missed calls.
I responded to this to tell them and asked when I might receive as 1 of the bears would still hopefully arrive in time for a birthday gift. No response. Later that night my whole order was cancelled by them!!! Again I emailed to ask why and ask for communication and received nothing. It's now been 4 days.
I’m appalled at the customer service. Appalled they blamed me. Appalled they the cancelled my order without discussion or explanation to back the decision, leaving me in limbo and without 2 gifts. Then i’m further appalled that still despite all this they still haven’t actually communicated with me to apologise, to discuss or to actually rectify.

I did get my parcel in good condition and on time in good customer care manner and I take this opportunity to thank John for his good work.

Terrible service - item more than a week late no contact. Enquired to find item was out of stock.

Chelsy and the Customer service team were amazing. Order to swatches and product shipping was about 5 days total, excited to see the finished product (one was also monogrammed for my partner at no extra cost ontop of paying for my logo).

Will absolutely be ordering much more with Workwear Supermarket.

We wanted to make a personalised order of some embroidered jackets. Chelsey used her initiative to send us a sample. The sample as in print and came with a separate piece showing the embroidered version. She followed up with an email to explain why she did this (the print looked far more professional than the embroidered version). Great work Chelsey and a big thank you from me!
