Our first holiday with the whole family was to Lancaster and it absolutely amazing. World Lifetime journeys took care of everything, from smooth bookings to giving us recommendations of things we could visit at the best prices. They took care of our holiday really well and I was so grateful that I was able to enjoy my holiday without any stress. Stelian was so nice and patient with us and always had the right and most recent information. We have a few more trips planned with them and the booking process is so easy and smooth. Excellent customer service and brilliant communication whenever I needed them they answered me in a good timely manner and staff is very polite and friendly. I want to thank Stelian from World Lifetime Journeys for all the support he gave us in giving us quotes for our holiday then helping with the booking process. He even gave us many options with activities for our children to keep them entertained. Unfortunately about 4 days before the holiday started my kids got sick and we couldn't go anymore. We just informed them about this situation and we didn't expect any money back knowing it's already late to do something about it and our holiday was already into the non refundable period. But Stelian stepped in to help and he advertised our holiday on social media trying to see if other people are interested in our holiday so we can get the money back. I want to thank you guys for all the support you gave us and for be willing to help in getting the money back on our non refundable holiday. Such an amazing experience and first class services from World Lifetime Journeys. I got in touch with them back in August and I must say I was concerned about who they are, how secure it is booking with them and so. But when I started talking with them, the way the spoke with me, their warmth and friendliness helped me to increase my confidence. Honestly, I hardly decide what I want from my holiday and generally I spend quite a lot of time until I make a decision. But these guys were fantastic. They had so much patience with me giving us plenty of holiday packages and hotels to chose from. Still, I was undecided, I wanted to stop everything, I didn't want to go anymore after finding out that in few days our holiday increased in price...Still, they were always polite, friendly and very patient with me. In the end I booked our holiday in Greece and we spent one week in Zakynthos which proved to be one of the best holidays we ever had. They permanently kept in touch with us making sure everything is all right. Astoria Hotel that we chose is a basic one, but clean, comfortable and in front of the beach which it was recommended by World Lifetime Journeys to be family friendly. And that's what it is. The area is designed for families and the water is shallow perfect for small kids like our little girl. Before the return to the UK, I was a bit stressed with what tests I have to do, what forms to fill in and such. They told me everything but still...I was not sure. But many many thanks to them that they helped me with these as well. Honestly I don't know if I was to go on holiday if World Lifetime Journeys was not there for me. 100% I will book my holidays with them and I recommend them to you as well if you want an amazing and secure holiday. I do not have the words to thanks enough for the holiday that I have it with my friends. Even that I spoke with them on last minute they have done anything to find us a good holiday. From the moment we get in touch until the holiday has finished they always spoke to us and make sure that everything is ok. We will definitely book next holidays with them. I like that they are very friendly and they have holidays for everyone. Being on holiday with kids they even give us a few links with attractions and how we can keep them busy. We had truly memorable holiday in Mallorca. All it started when we found World Lifetime Journeys on Facebook where we have seen one of their offers. I was cautious at the beginning not knowing who I deal with, but after several discussions I realised World Lifetime Journeys is serious in what they are doing. Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better travel agency as they took care of our holiday and of us at the highest level. Because of the pandemic we had to do covid tests before travelling to Mallorca and for whatever reason the results were delayed. I asked Stelian who assisted us if he can help in any way to find out what happened with the test results. He called the company several times but unfortunately he was not successful in finding out what happened with our tests. So because of the testing company we lost the flight to Mallorca. In that moment I thought to myself that we lost all the money we paid for this holiday. I had no hope for going on holiday anymore, I was sad, frustrated, disappointed and we wanted to just return home. But Stelian insisted not to worry as he will do his best for us to go on this holiday. He arranged for new flights for the next morning and helped with an overnight stay in the airport due to early departure next morning. Of course we had to do the expensive covid tests in the airport, but in the end we managed to arrive safely in Mallorca. Here also we had some problems as we missed the transfer to get to the hotel, but once again Stelian stepped in and arranged for a private transfer at the travel agency expense. I felt released when I got to the Playa Moreia apartments finally and extremely happy that I could have this holiday with my kids. The hotel was basic, but clean and nice and not far from the beach. We enjoyed it to its fullest and remained with wonderful moments from Mallorca. Overall, I don't know if I would have gone on this holiday if Stelian wouldn't have helped. Many many thanks to you and the team that assisted us with our holiday from the first moment we got in touch with you. I can't wait for next year to book again with you. I could give more than 5 stars if I could. We had a very nice holiday in Kos booked through World Lifetime Journeys. Our communication and the way they took care of us from the beginning to the end was perfect. These people really take their clients holiday at the next level. I liked the fact that we could speak with the agent at any time and we felt they took care of us in the best way. Any question we had they responded in a good timely manner and very friendly. The only disappointing thing was that the beaches nearby the hotel were with pebbles, but we managed to have a great time in Kos. I would 100% book again with you guys. Many thanks to World Lifetime Journeys who arranged a wonderful stay in one of the caravan parks near Chichester this year. We travelled with our friends and despite the weather, we had an enjoyable time there. Our caravan was warm, comfy and clean, exactly what we needed. We received from Stelian who assisted us, a list with activities and attractions in the area and we managed to see some. Overall we had no problems in booking with them and I am sure we'll use them in the future. Thanks for everything

Our holiday in Cornwall was amazing. I have found about this travel agency on one of the Facebook groups where other people recommended them and from the moment I got in touch with them I felt well cared of. They won my trust throughout the booking process and we were extremely happy when they told us they have upgraded our accommodation for free. We stayed in one of the caravan parks from Cornwall and both World Lifetime Journeys and the services from the park were perfect. After all we have been through this pandemic, we really needed to relax for a few days. I am very happy that I chose them for my holiday and I could give more than 5 stars if I could. We booked our holiday to Algarve back in May and we chose World Lifetime Journeys for the recommendations they had from other people. It proved to be the right choice for us. The holiday itself was short, but full of happy moments and we would definitely not forget the stressful moments we went through when at the check-in of our first flight we were denied boarding due to early covid tests. We thought immediately that we lost over £2000, but the agent was very very helpful and kind and jumped in to help us rebook the flights for another day so we don't lose the whole holiday. I can't thank them enough for being so nice and ready to help. They eventually sorted out postponing our holiday so in the end we could go and we had so much fun there in Algarve. It was a such needed holiday after many months of lockdown. I am glad we chose this agent. I recommend booking with them as they won't let you down. I will book again. Cheers

We had a short but very nice stay in Great Yarmouth this year and we booked it through World Lifetime Journeys. Although, I was a bit cautious at the beginning, based on the reviews I've read I went ahead to book this holiday with them. I cannot regret it a single moment as these guys proved to be very trustworthy, prompt and professional. I also like the friendly way they treated me, making me feel comfortable in the discussions I had with them. The place we booked was clean and comfy. No negative comments about. We had two very nice UK holidays, organized by World Lifetime Journeys, this year. Due to Covid's uncertain times, we approached Stelian last minute for both, and he provided us with a variety of options, based on our preferences. He earned our trust, by proposing to us good quality accommodations at fair prices. On top of that, we received an endless list of activities and visits suitable for our family to choose from, throughout our holiday. The communication, before and after the trip, was spot on, and we felt very looked after. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone willing.

Due to the well-organized route by World Lifetime Journeys, in two days I felt as in 5 days of holiday. I visited many places with different landscapes (historical city, sea, mountains, lakes). The time was short, but the satisfaction was really huge. 😁😎
I thank them for taking my wish into account, so at the hotel I found a bottle of wine and two glasses on the table, exactly as I wanted.

Amazing holiday organized by World Lifetime Journeys

This year I chose to go for a holiday with my family in the UK and I didn't regret a moment that I chose this travel agency. They made all efforts for us to have a memorable holiday from the moment we got in touch with them proving to be very professional and friendly in the same time. Open to any queries we had and ready to help with any questions. We booked a lodge stay in Somerset near Glastonbury for a week last summer and the place it was exactly how it was described and shown to us in pictures. Stelian who assisted us with this holiday was in permanent touch with us and the accommodation provider and arranged for us to get a BBQ so that we can enjoy it with our friends who live nearby in Bristol. On top of everything, he also gave us for free a list of recommendations with activities to do in the area and also a free surprise gift which we enjoy very much. Honestly, I do not know any other travel agency to take so much care of us and the attention to details is great. As Stelian explained to me they can arrange holidays in any place in the world, I highly recommend them for any holiday you might want. Thanks you so much and we'll definitely book with you again

Safe holiday perfectly arranged in times of Covid
We had a really nice and safe holiday in the Canaries now in times of Covid when travelling is very difficult. But Stelian and his team made all necessary efforts to make sure we will have a wonderful and covid free holiday. Everything was organised perfectly and I have no comments in the way World Lifetime Journeys handled the whole process of booking our holiday from start to finish. We were very worried about this holiday if it’s going to be or not, if it’s going to be safe and so on. But the communication between us and this travel agent was exceptional. The flights, hotel with all inclusive and the private transfers we’ve had were all arranged in the best way. Not to forget all the activities we’ve had and booked through World Lifetime Journeys, as they all made our holiday much better and we fully enjoyed it. We even booked with them private transfers from our house to the airport and back. On top of all, they send us a very nice surprise gift which we’ll always remember. A massive thank you for all your care and efforts as I assume is not easy to deal with any bookings now in these difficult times. We travelled back in August to Turkey and following the good recommendations and reviews, we decided to choose World Lifetime Journeys for our 10 days family holiday. It proved to be the best choice. They took in consideration all the details of our holiday arranging the holiday package with maximum care. They continuously kept in touch with us to see how we felt, how is the holiday going on and such. The hotel we chose was exactly what we needed. No luxury, but of a good standard class with all inclusive, good food and nice facilities. Overall was a great and relaxing holiday.
