I've only ordered once, but you could see the care that went into packing what we bought and we loved the little sticker on the receipt saying 'Thank you'.
They also used DPD thank goodness and not Evri! for delivery.
The price was one of the best online too.

I recently purchased two litter trays from World of Pets, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Despite some delays with my order due to circumstances beyond their control, the communication and customer service was absolutely exceptional. When the products arrived, they were exactly as described and of high standard (unlike a lot of trays we have had in the past). I truly appreciate the care and effort put into both the products and the service. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable pet supplies and outstanding customer service.

Sometimes, even for something as mundane as pet food; additional expertise, help and trust is required. When we needed this from World Of Pets, they offered a personal and caring service far in excess of what anyone could reasonably expect. I cannot reccomend them highly enough, and urge you to give them your custom; even while I hope you may never experience this need.

Great experience. The items I ordered were not in stock. They let me know promptly and offered several options including an immediate refund. I decided to wait for the items to arrive and they communicated throughout. The items arrived as expected.
