It’s an ok product!
Received my order this week, put my personalised key ring on my car keys on a Friday and by Sunday it had fallen off. It somehow detached itself away from the big ring and dropped on the floor. Unfortunately as it’s lightweight I didn’t hear it drop nor could I see it as it was late night

Thank you for your review Neelam.
I am very sorry to hear this, we do use high-quality keychains so we are surprised that this has happened, but we will look into this and test them more thoroughly to try to prevent this from happening again.
If you had contacted us to let us know, we would have been more than happy to send out a replacement as this definitely should not have happened.
If you would like a replacement sent out, please email info@wow-creations.uk with your Order ID, and we will get this sent out ASAP
