Beautiful bed, the waiting time was just a bit long, very comfortable.

I shopped around before choosing to purchase from wow sleep. Their ottoman is a great price for a high quality product and they had a large selection of colours to choose from I also liked that they were the manufacturer so the bed was coming direct from them. All staff in the shop at Brighouse and that I dealt with on the phone were professional and helpful. Unfortunately when my bed arrived I wasn’t happy with the finish inside however they were extremely helpful and professional in getting this sorted for me. I am very happy with the bed and would not hesitate to recommend wow sleep to anyone

Slight hiccup with delivery date. Other than that brilliant from point of sale to building bed up on delivery. Can’t fault the bed excellent workmanship and extremely comfortable.

First class service from this company, I went into the showroom to place my order , needed it asap and guess what they did t have my choice of mattress in stock but they had me one made for that very same day and it was on my bed by 7 pm that very same day... amazing service and a very comfortable mattress

I was given exceptional service from Darren at WOW SLEEP. We had a peculiar set of circumstances for which Darren's help and understanding was just brilliant (too involved to explain here). We bought the Prince 1000 pocket and memory super king along with an ottoman base and headboard (from the hotel range) end of October 2018. It was definitely one of the most comfortable we tried and turns out it’s definitely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever owned.

Never slept so well or woke so refreshed.

The sales staff and delivery/installation staff were all very helpful (v tight squeeze to get bed upstairs!) and informative without putting any pressure on us to buy (unlike some of the local and national high street suppliers we looked at.

Wow encouraged us to visit and try as many times as we felt we needed to compare to other brands and also encouraged us to make sure we were completely happy with our decision before we bought. Very glad we chose them.

We will definitely buy another bed from WoW and would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Wow Sleep were very patient with us as we visited several times trying to decide on a new bed. The showroom is only quite small, but had the beds we wanted to try. Once we’d decided the price was reasonable vs. other suppliers and the overall service was excellent. The bed was delivered on the agreed date and carefully navigated through the house and assembled. The delivery team also confirmed the turning instructions and were very helpful. Couldn’t fault any of the team on anything.
