I ordered camping gas with a next day delivery which cost me £10 , the DHL courier did not knock on the door

I was looking for a wind break or wind screen as a lot of them at the top end/high price are called now.
Having done my research I had borrowed it down to the Outwell Windscreen Air 180 or the Outwell Windscreen Air Scalable x2. They were between £300-£400 and £200 respectively elsewhere.
Upon my research wow camping came up around 50% of the price for both compared to elsewhere. Which made me sceptical that they may have been advertising goods that weren't really available or possibly faulty returns. As I have experienced this sort of thing in the past. So I was nervous about possible issues with refunds, as per previous reviews, so made sure I paid by credit card for protection.

My nerves turned out to be unfounded. I went for the scalable X 2 options. They were dispatched within 24 hours. Turned up well packed with no damage and were definitely brand new products, both with no faults.

Well worth the gamble of purchasing from Wow Camping, who I'd never heard of before. Would happily use them again without any nerves.

A two day delay of my ‘next working day’ delivery was an irritation and caused some inconvenience. I emailed Wowcamping to put this on record. Within 24 hours Darren had replied by email with apologies, an explanation and an instant refund of the delivery charge.
I’ve read negative reviews of Wow’s customer service on TP but, based on my experience, their response was great and has gone a long way to make up for the delay. I’ll definitely use them again!

Purchased a tent from them in august, love the tent but the ground sheet was damaged, infromed them, it took them a number of days to reply, after nearly 2 weeks it was agreed i would be sent a new part, 1 month now since i reported this issue to them and im still waiting for the part.
Contacted them again 6 days ago and also via messges on website 3 days ago, but had no reply from them since.
Highly regret ordering from this company.

Incredibly poor and disappointing customer service (and the lack of) I have emailed and waited a week to which I heard nothing back. I’ve since private messaged social media accounts, messaged on posts which have been deleted and still not heard anything. All regarding quite an expensive order which is faulty. I do expect to hear something back imminently

I ordered three sleeping bags at the beginning of this week and selected next day delivery. I added a note to the order stating that if there was a delay with dispatch I’d need to cancel as we’re camping at the end of the week. I received order confirmation straight away and a dispatch notification the following day. We are really happy with the items. And they would have cost far more elsewhere. I will be ordering all our camping purchases from here in the future. Thank you so much!

Ordered a £150 table which was damaged when it arrived. They sent a replacement but the cover was damaged and unusable. They said they would send a new cover but they still haven’t done so 6 weeks later. I keep emailing them and they ignore my emails.

Ordered a woman trousers 10 days ago, tracking still show preparing. On the website they say 3-5 working days, i wrote an email asking what is going on how is my order after 5 working day still no answer, no trosers, nothing.

I Have emailed them twice and had no response faulty poor quality wind break, poles will not fot together as inside welding is obstructing I have me requested a refund snd to return item and got nothing. I did originally ask if they could send replacement poles. Very poor customer service.

This company’s customer service is second to non. Exchanged a tent for a bigger size and this was no problem at all for them. Fast and brilliant service. I would 100% recommend and will be using again.

Always great bargains on their site, very well priced. Also when one item damaged when arrived they replaced straight away, no issues

Excellent website. Easy to use and navigate. Placed an order on the Saturday night chose 3-5day free delivery. Had order confirmation and dispatched details late Monday afternoon. Parcel arrived on the Wednesday. We went for the regatta 4 person tent. It was a quarter the RRP. Great price and saving on alot of camping gear. Would highly recommend.

Called at 9am to check I could order & collect same day - they answered in 3 rings and said yes. Did so and collected within 2hrs of doing so.

Not sure about the negative ratings posted, I suggest it’s all customer specific but my expectations were exceeded. Will certainly use again!

Appalling company to deal with ordered 24 items only received 12 as someone cannot get an online order correct obviously can’t count very well, was told a week ago they would be sent. Still waiting ,will not use again

I needed an expensive inflatable camping mat urgently. WOW Camping website showed it in stock so I selected click-and-collect. I received a ready-to-collect text very soon after. I was surprised at how large the (not retail) warehouse premises were, and was treated in a friendly way when I collected from them. I will be using them again as their prices seem way under the competitions!

I am impressed and appreciative with the excellent after sales service I received after an item I bought from them a while ago failed.
My emails were applied to immediately in a friendly and courteous way.
I will certainly recommend them to anyone who wishes to purchase online, or for that matter who lives close enough to deal with them face to face.
I will have full confidence in ordering anything else that I should require.
