PJ from WPJ Heating carried out a site survey and quickly established how best to install an external bib tap, avoiding lifting tiles and removing sinks in our bathroom by accessing the pipes in a much more convenient location. This created less ‘making good’ work and the job was completed swiftly and very neatly by Ross. The technicians were all polite and kind and left no mess behind. Throughly recommend their company and would use again without hesitation.

Very quick and effective service at a time when it was very much needed.

I honestly dont think I have ever dealt with a more efficient company, professional and reassuring and prompt to respond at every level. The phone is picked up after only a few rings and usually you get straight through to a HUMAN BEING - rare these days. Appointments seem to be within a few days, and the engineer I met was knowledgeable, thorough in the service and polite. The boiler problem was carefully explained and fixed within days - I can not recommend them more highly.

The only company who actually visited the house before giving a quote so no unforeseen extra costs. All the team were polite and left the house looking clean. My new boiler is so quiet that I hardly know it's there replacing an old very noisy one.
