Valdi, Igor and Krys were complete professionals, meticulous in their workmanship. This may have been the reason for the project over-running - or perhaps there was pressure from other jobs - but the end result is terrific. Valdi has an imaginative solution to everything, which sometimes means we had to trust his judgement, Minor criticism is nothing to do with them, but the original quotation for such a large job felt a bit lacking in detail, and we weren't confident at first that everything would work. But all's well that ends well. And thanks to the guys again.

Engineer arrived on time to perform annual service of central heating boiler efficiently and satisfactorily. Was able to constructively discuss issues about the future of the boiler. Good to see that he was accompanied by an apprentice nearing completion of his training.

The engineer arrived on time and was well trained in looking for what was not that obvious a problem, although it is a simple solution (a broken frost thermostat).

At my requests, Adrian always allocates Sebastian, a senior engineer, to help me with my heating and plumbing needs. Sebastian is knowledgeable, turns up on time and finishes his work efficiently and leaves my property clean.
