Wren Climate, PBC Avaliações

I love what Wren do, they are doing amazing job, I would like to contribute actively too. But I can’t, so at least I support them this way and still feel beeing somehow active. 😊

I've been with Wren for three years now and have been thoroughly impressed with their transparency and integrity. Although there are many carbon offset schemes that are just greenwashing, Wren is one of the good ones. They take great pains to thoroughly research the most effective and permanent solutions. Aside from that, Wren makes you more aware of ways you can reduce your carbon footprint (and thus save money, if you like, by lowering the cost of your subscription). Alternatively, if you want to donate more, they have a Trailblazer option that funds cutting-edge technology that hasn't scaled enough yet. If you want to go even further, you can work your way towards offsetting historical emissions or sponsor new users to sign up.

If we care about climate change and have enough income to have a middle-class lifestyle in a wealthy country, in my humble opinion we have a sacred obligation to seriously consider joining something like Wren. To be blunt, the alternative is to die with regret knowing that we failed future generations (or our kids, if we have kids). I don't want that, and I'm sure you don't either.

As a full-time college student living on loans and part-time jobs, donating to Wren isn't easy. But I know the climate can't wait, so I'm thrilled to be able to put aside a portion of my money towards this cause. We're collectively going to have to pay off our climate debt one way or another, so it only makes sense to start now.

Since I've joined Wren, they have encouraged me to try out a plant-based diet, replace flying with staycations, call my political representatives, and have meaningful conversations about climate change with my parents and friends. Being part of a community like Wren that care about the climate is a wonderful thing. It's also the right thing to do. And if fully "offsetting" your emissions is out of reach, it's easy to select an amount that works for you even if it's just $5 per month.

Wren is really trying to fight climate change. The projects you can support through Wren are well chosen and do good for all of planet earth. I think this is a good way to become active when you think that climate change is too big of a problem to handle. There still is hope. And Wren is one of the reasons to not loose hope!

Transparency and a commitment to tackling the climate crisis, even when it means working collaboratively with competitors! What's not to love?

I’ve been donating for numerous years, and my initial worry was how trustworthy the company was. With monthly updates and articles to boot, that worry is put at ease. Added to that is the ability to change/ cancel your plan at any time.

In terms of the website, access to a number of different functions. And well worth the amount you donate, due to the constant reminder of bad being done, and giving a little something back to rectify that.

Wren’s work to reduce harmful human impacts on our beautiful planet are strategic and thoughtful. I also love that the impacts are measurable. I highly recommend the team at Wren.

Happy to contribute to this valuable international organisation doing great work in many and varied projects

Honest, genuine and making a difference.

Wren is the best service for turning dollars into climate results. They are hyper transparent and are constantly reporting out their efforts and success. I trust them to make the most impact per dollar of anyone out there. If you care about saving the planet, Wren is the place to do it.

Transparent reporting, strong principles, access to the founders, and decent analytics are some of the main reasons I choose Wren for my personal carbon offsets. They make it easy and fun to have net zero carbon footprint. It feels good.

It might not be much, but knowing that I am doing even a little bit to help fight the climate challenge is very heartening.

A great way to start living more environment friendly way not only by paying up for the pollution we generate but also staying informed of what's changing and getting involved more and more into the movement to help protect the planet.

I appreciate the project updates that we receive regularly. Seeing how long-time initiatives are doing and finding out about new ones is lovely. I trust Wren and feel good about playing a small part in the impact they are making.

Too often, climate discussions turn into comparisons of various state-imposed solutions, usually punitive taxes, stifling regulation, or both. Being both climate-conscious and a staunch supporter of free-market solutions, Wren has given me a way to do my bit toward solving the climate crisis without merely handing more power to governments. Their offsets allow me to directly fund climate solutions, while giving me an incentive to reduce my footprint in a way that fits my life and values (and suggestions on how to go about it!). This puts power back into the hands of individuals, and shows that we can solve global problems with voluntary solutions. So subscribe to Wren, and be part of a freer, cleaner, better world!

They do good thing. Feel thrustworthy, open and approachable via mail/discord.

I can't find a better way to reduce my carbon footprint more conveniently than paying Wren to offset it for me.

I do want to make changes myself as an individual but the impact of that is limited. However, it's not nothing and Wren suggests those changes as well.

Clear insight where your money goes, even to what is used for advertisements. Nice updates and direct impact projects which they support!

Wren has a pragmatic approach and I like it a lot. I also love their transparency and communication with their customers.

I have supported Wren for some time now, and am impressed by the many projects they have brought on line to reduce emissions, transition to renewable resources. Recently I asked to switch my contribution to their tax deductible program, and the response to my request was prompt, personal and efficient. If you wish to be part of addressing climate change in productive ways, I recommend you check out Wren.
