Ben carried out surveys (Home Buyers Report) on two separate properties for me. The service I received on the first property was excellent, professional and at a competitive price, so I opted to use Ben's services again for a survey on another property. Both times we were able to arrange the survey quickly, he fed back to me verbally explaining technicalities in a way which was easy for me to understand, which was much appreciated, particularly as a first time buyer. I received my reports promptly both via email and in hard copy. Ben is very quick and responsive to any queries. Highly recommended.

Ben provided a great service at a reasonable price. He took the time to talk me through the different options with the survey and then spent around 25 mins to give me an informal debrief on the day of the inspection. He explained the problems well and helped me understand the work the needed to be done to the property. The report was received in 6 working days.

We recently undertook Wren Chartered Surveyors' services for a full building survey on the property we plan to buy. The survey for my home buyers report was undertaken promptly and after the inspection I received a phone call so we could chat through the findings.
