This company keeps calling me at 6am in the morning daily to chase an order that is not yet complete bordering on harassment. Twice I have tried to make a large order and they will not send a sample despite this being an option on the website and after confirming twice with their customer service reps. Multiple sales email a day, early morning automated phone calls but hard to speak to anyone in person. Avoid

I was able to tweak the design before it was created. I had several revisions.

The company is very professional and the bracelets were superb! I like how they gave me an additional 100 just because I ordered 100 that I did not think I would need but I definitely needed and it was amazing. Your company is just top-notch!

The wrist bands were as to b e expected but I had requested a proof and never got one so the wording and logos were not in the correct places on our printed bands

Easy to order and design. The bracelets themselves weren't quite the deep black that I had hoped for (it looks more navy); but that could be because I didn't choose the correct black (there are so many options!). The seam is also white, which made them look unfinished, so I Sharpied mine and it looks better. Our design was white letters on a black background, which might not be something I'd choose again in the future.

Perfect size and timely delivery. The order met with our expectations. The extra white ones will be used to differentiate the participants. Thank You!

Some prints there was a lune through the top of all my "H's" in Breathe so it makes it look like an I in the whole batch of those. All the other ones were great. There were a good 50 like this.

Picking the product was very easy and it came out perfect. However, I have a small wrist and doesn't fit on my wrist let alone all of my high school students who are much bigger than me!

The bands do not fit most wrists and the wording stretches and gets out of proportion.

I still haven’t received my order over 2 weeks after placing it. I contacted customer service and they responded by t have still not resolved the issue.

I enjoyed using the site. It was put together well. I really enjoyed the options to put symbols and emojis around the writing. The only problem I encountered was the receipt of my order. It was sent to a complete stranger in a different city. Thankfully, I was able to collect it from the person who received it and they were very kind. I do give credit to the company, ultimately, because when I reported the issue to them they worked out a partial refund for my trouble! Overall, great product. Company just needs to work on their shipping problems! 😊
