Wristcheck Avaliações

The staff was very engaging and friendly, especially Emi who handled my enquiries both online and in-person. Emi was knowledgeable and proactive in supporting my requests without coming across too pushy. Emi herself was a watch enthusiast, which made for great banter and watch discussions.

It was Wristcheck's strong market reputation that brought me to the shop, but it was Emi's pleasant service that bought me a watch. Will definitely return for my next piece.

Amazing customer service end to end.

Not just the personal interactions and responsiveness of their team (Emi assisting with my purchase), but also the small details...
I had purchased a watch with an exotic material strap. Without asking, the strap was shipped separately, to avoid any customs delays that might impact delivery of the watch itself. The watch was then shipped with a complementary already fitted strap to allow it to be worn immediately.

The packing was extremely robust, with multiple layers of protection. Moreso than any I'd seen prior, including a third party plastic watch protector case.

It's also worth noting all of this was for a much more lower end watch than their standard stock.

From first contact to receiving my watch, I had an excellent experience with purchasing from Wristcheck. Their customer service was quick to respond to any question I had. They made the entire buying process easy. I ordered from the US and they handled shipping very quickly. I was impressed at how well they kept me updated at every step, up until the watch was delivered. Packaging was secure and well done. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service received throughout the process.

Very responsive and helpful after I placed my order. The watch arrived ahead of schedule.

Emi from WristCheck made my first time online watch buying experience feel so safe and reassuring. She is wonderful to speak with, and is as responsive as she can be, despite being in a completely different time zone. I have absolutely zero complaints about our interaction from the moment I messaged WristCheck, to being referred to Emi, to finally receiving the watch. Packaging done by her team members was spectacular as well.

I'd highly recommend Emi to all future WristCheck customers.

And to Emi whom I hope reads this positive review, thank you so much and I'll definitely be back for my next purchase! : )

Great experience purchasing a watch with Wristcheck. First using their website to read the overview, and the in-store with an extremely knowledgeable and generous with their time in talking thrrough any questions I had. I would highly recommend buying a watch through Wristcheck. My only very slight area for improvement is making their watch app available beyond the HK App Store.

Thank you Thais and Kevin for a warm and professional experience at Wristcheck. You can feel the passion for watches. Visiting the store is a welcoming and energetic experience!

Good service and very professional. The location is excellent and good price.

It’s not easy to purchase a Rolex watch these days, but Emi from Wrist watch was extremely efficient and helpful. Helped me source the exact watch (brand new, full set) I wanted within 2 days, with a relatively competitive price compared to another place I spoke to.

The shop itself is located in Landmark, modern and comfortable shop with friendly staff , and of course Emi who took care of my throughout.

I highly recommend Wrist Check and I will for sure come back for my next purchase!

Good, quick communication and process explanation.

Pleasant customer service from Thais and Wristcheck team.

The team was super responsive and found my grail piece in just a few days. They handled the transaction with ease and couldn’t be happier! Would definitely use again and would recommend anyone to hit them up for your next watch!

Wristcheck was incredibly informative, professional, and efficient securing the watch I desired. I had a tight turnaround and they were able to deliver while maintaining a smooth process. Will use them again when visiting HK, highly recommend!

Excellent service at Wristcheck!
Bought a superb watch, very nice shop in Landmark.
I was serviced excellently by Thaïs, definitely a perfect recommendation!

I’m a new watch enthusiast. All the Wristcheck staff I interacted with were helpful, informative and showed genuine interest in my requirements.

Ordered my Tudor GMT and very happy .. they had the best price I can find

Great experience all around. Customer service was very responsive in helping me overcome some shipping/customs hiccups. Package still arrived well within the arrival estimate. Packaging was top notch and watch was better than advertised. Really impressive

Package came in 1 week to Nashville, TN. Everything was packaged precisely and the watch looks even better in person.

By far, my experience at Wristcheck in Landmark was one of the best I've ever had at a watch store. As an absolute beginner to watches, I was initially a bit intimidated and scared of coming across as unknowledgeable or ignorant. In actual fact I needn't be in the slightest - the staff were more than happy to answer all of my questions as well as teach me about miscellaneous watches/brands. The staff's knowledge and eagerness to share makes it is clear that they are watch enthusiasts in their own right. I also appreciated that they never tried to hard-sell me any watches and did not brush me aside the first time I visited when it became clear I was not going to be buying a watch on that occasion. In their own words, their priority was making sure I got the watch that was right for me. Thank you Henry and Thais! I'll definitely be back.

Everyone from Wristcheck was so responsive in our email threads. They were always ready to answer my concerns. They were also very hospitable during my in-store visit.

YeA seemed easy as long as specialist emails me back and helps me find An older Cartier ladies watch
