Good service with quick delivery.

Good service and product only spoilt by DPD not delivering when they said they would. Driver recording couldn't find the address.
Fridsy delivery wasn't even attempted, driver cut his route to get an early finish. Arrived no problem on Monday.

Jack was very helpful answering questions clearly about the product and explaining how to fit the garage door springs.

Great product fast delivery perfect 5star company

Fast service and as stated on the website. We ordered with trepidation because we weren't sure springs would fit our old door.
The springs were easy to fit and garage door now works perfectly again.
Fabulous

My very old up and over garage door springs didn't match with the manufactures colour code but by using the WS charts I was able to match them with a different manufacture. I'm so glad that they worked well to balance the door when half open. Well done WS for your excellent service and product finder.

Fantastic all round service
Customer support helped me identify the correct door runner we required. We ordered online and the order was received the very next day. Full tracking information was available throughout.
Product very well packaged and correct item received. 10/10.

Can't fault WS , great service

Service was excellent, delivery within days, would definitely recommend you, thank you

Very helpful and explained what I needed, explained the part number and the price, even offered different prices on ways of posting. After my order, I had tracking to follow my parcel and it was so easy to fit, Excellent customer service.

One of the main door springs had broken, contacted WS garage door spares, who were really helpful and went through a choice of options that might be compatible, once ordered they were delivered next day and fitted perfectly.

Quick efficient Easy to fit part, easy to fit, all round excellent experience.

This company was the absolute first company I contacted regarding garage door replacement parts to assist an elderly gent who had recently lost his son have his door repaired. The staff went above and beyond to assist and advise me as I’m no garage door expert just a man who is capable of doing stuff the company provided me with expert advice provided me with instruction manuals to repair the door and even gave me after care offer and out of hour offer off assistance should I need it. I simply can’t thank them enough. I never charged the gent for the repair and with this firms help his quotes were massively reduced to simple part costs so thanks very much for going above and beyond and keep up the excellent work kind regards Andy

Knowledge on the product's I required and his helpfullness .

Helpful and tolerant chat with Jack made sure I ordered the right mechanism. Prompt delivery. Meant I could replace the door-lifting mechanism, rather than the whole door.
